Adam  or (MtnLifer as he is known on the trail) opens up about his own life, his experiences growing up in the great state of Maine. His life in and out of the marine core,  his personal losses and struggles, and the path that the trail and mountains played in reshaping his journey into building and creating his new Mountain retreat at Mtn Wellness of Maine.
