In today’s episode, we’re going to break down the anatomy of a campaign overview report! If you’re working with brands and want to stand out, this episode is for you.

Picture this, you just published a sponsored post after pitching, negotiating, creating the content, editing, and all that. It’s over, you’re wrapped. Well not quite! Today, I want to talk all about campaign over reports and why they’re so important for bloggers or influencers working with brands on collaborations.

The report is a summary of the campaign with an overview of the campaign goals, key results, and audience feedback. This can include reach, engagement, conversion, referral traffic, audience growth, positive comments, and more.

I suggest pulling these insights together over the following couple weeks after posting, no more than 30 days!

It’s essentially a case study that helps brands understand their return on investment, but also gives you leverage for future collaborations.

You can create this in photoshop or canva, I highly recommend using a template so it’s a quick and easy process! Then you just simply drop the stats in and send it off to your brand contact.

So let’s go through this step by step: Include campaign details such as what product was featured, deliverables, dates, KPIs, and a photo or two. Pop in those success metrics, results, and any screenshots from your audience.

Save the report as a PDF and send it over to your contact! In your email, express gratitude for working together, let them know highlevel wins, and that the full report is attached for them to review. Then, for the cherry on top let them know you’re looking ahead at your content calendar and would be interested in partnering again. Toss out a couple content ideas for approval or you can take this opportunity to address what worked well and what didn’t. Say that something didn’t work out according to plan, share the adjustments you plan to make moving forward. And end the campaign on a high note!

Again, this is meant to be easy to clean, full of impressive stats, and simply highlighting key metrics and results.

If you pull a campaign overview report together, feel free to send it my way! I’d love to see it and hear what the brand thinks.

If you found value in this week’s episode, I would really appreciate you leaving me some feedback through ratings and reviews. And feel free to reach out, I’d love to connect and chat with you!
