Good evening everyone. It's your host, Melissa, at Strange, Strange Beyond Insane. So I have another live podcast. Just recently, about a week ago, Michael, Kevin and I were out at a couple cemeteries. You know the one where the cops came, Pioneer, South Dryden, also known as Foot Cemetery or also known as Foot Cemetery and then we did travel around to a couple more and then we decided to go to Goodrich Cemetery in Bruce Township. Now we have to thank Tom ghost guru, Tom Dowling. If you're listening, and I'm sure you will listen eventually to this episode, he is really the one that got us all outgoing here. So it's off Kidder Road in Bruce Township, Goodrich Cemetery, also known as Scottish Settlement Cemetery, Scottish Settlement Cemetery. That's a lot to say. All right, you guys, let me get the recording set up here. All right, bring the mic.

1.37 am May 31st. Kevin and I have been out to Goodrich. Have you only been out here once? Yes, this is the second time. This is Kevin's second time. I've been out here so many times. This is Michael's first time. Michael's in the back seat and I was telling the boys about a crawler out here who I got a shake. Michael had his glasses off in the back. In the back seat, Kevin and I. So they redid Goodrich out here and I haven't been out here since. So there's a flagpole with a light on top. Kevin and I are just chilling up here in the front seats passenger and driver seat. And well, Kevin, go ahead and explain what you've seen.

First, Well, at first I thought it was just like an orb or a bug in the light, a light in the flagpole or whatever, and the truck was off. But then I saw something like slithering across, look at us and then go across underneath the flagpole and then look at us again and then it went behind the tombstone. It was gone. It was super fast. Like mel said, it was real like slinky, acting or looking, but it wasn't like a dog or a cat kind of shape. It was almost like a, almost like if you were crawling on your back legs like I don't know.

It was weird you never see a mouth. Um, I've only seen this one other time, but when you look at the eyes, like they're not like animal eyes or like illuminating, these are like they're big, and it's like looking at a snowy tv, like a tv that's all snowy, like the twilight zone thing in a twilight zone yes, that's a good way to say and it's like this black, shadowy smoke. I don't know, I can't explain. It's almost like an italian greyhound look, but it's like morphed and then it like gets up on its hind legs and then it like, I don't know, it's almost like an alligator, like it yes, like arms arms but no legs yeah, it was something creepy but it's like a slinky and it's real fast and it went right between right behind these uh, two um tombstones in front of us.

God, I wish we could get it on on camera, but I told them. I'm like I told you, guys there was a crawler. I wasn't lying. I think I'm gonna get out and go look Behind the tombstones, would you dare me?

I don't know if I would. I'm about over this place. Are you supposed to go in there alone, Amber?

Well, you guys are still kind of in here. We're kind of in here. I think I'm going to get out and go. Look, if I don't make it, if you see me go down, just take off. I don't see the witch's ball back there anymore.

What the fuck do they do to this place? We'll have to come back here in the daytime and see what all they've done. I want to go back there really quick. Is it like to the flagpole? What, like? Where are you if I'm too?

Well, I was going to go over there and look behind those tombstones and then it's all the way back there. The's ball is gonna go back over here, back by the woods, back here to the right, into that. You can tell what? So you're not into that. I can go by myself real quick. No, you're not going by yourself are you going with me?

okay, let me put my shoe back on Because I have an itch in my foot. Michael, if we both don't make it back out, just get in the driver's seat and go. Okay, he goes, okay, no hesitation, no hesitation, goodbye. He's like I'll love you and miss you guys.

Not really, we'll both be dead and he's like no, I'll take over your truck.

Yeah right, you'll get it cheaper than I have it. Your credit's a lot better than mine. Honey, michael's king, don't talk, okay yeah, let's have our last cigarette.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying, in case we don't make it back. Oh yeah, our last cigarette, that's probably great. All right, you guys, we're going back there. Are you going to put on light? Oh shit, I don't know, don't just think. What did it say? So first let's go check these tombstones. All right, you guys, we're walking where we've seen the slinky crawler shut up.

What'd you hear? I heard like something move.

Well, let's hurry up and go look. No, what am I hearing? I don't know. It sounds like a, like a hush almost I thought I seen an eye. Okay, okay, what is that thing shining back there? Where? See it right here. Okay, see it. Okay, come stand over here, you'll see it in a second. Got them shining back there. Oh, there's a witch's ball right there. Oh, okay, man, it's colder in here than that dude. They changed this like whole thing on that tree. It's that witch's ball in the tree.

No, that's a tomb right, it's like a tall tomb. What was that? They just slowly step back. It's over there, which is the direction that it went. Okay, hold on, I want you to hear it, though I just started to get really dizzy. Oh, dude, they really changed this fucking cemetery. This is like not at all what I remember. Oh, it's, it's wanted. It's very clear.

Oh yeah yeah, in your car. Yeah, just said steven in your car hey, you are not allowed.

Do come with us. You are not allowed to follow us, you are not allowed to be in the vehicle. We're leaving you. Yeah, it was definitely Dude. That thing is so creepy. So this is the second time I've seen that thing.

Oh, no, no, no. The second time in my life that I've seen it out here. We were in there. Oh, no, no, no. The second time in my life that I've seen it out here. Oh, and there's no gate. Oh, that's not good. Like there's no closing. We are lost souls. You know, I just thought that could be black-eyed children. Supposedly it's a girl, like a little girl. I forget what her name is. Yeah, we need to. It's creepy back there, isn't it? Yes, that's Fuck. Oh, my God. Oh, you heard me. Oh, that's that's. Oh, my god. No, that's not what we've seen. Believe me, michael, yeah, no, when you see we'll have to take michael back out here, when you, I don't know, michael might freak out I don't think you would like that, then you did it.

Yeah, that's the first cemetery that actually really fucking freaked me out. I've been to a lot of cemeteries. It's really hard to explain, like when you see that crawler thing, it's like captivating, yet terrifying at the same time. It's like what the fuck am I looking at? It's? There's another one on the side of the road. I love old possums.

Oh my god, dude, that it's like it almost like if you stare at it too long, those eyes are like okay, what it's like? People I like didn't know what to do, how to like start the truck or anything, because it's like captivating, because you're like what is that?

I'm telling you, like until you see it. Like I said, I know what I've seen. That night that was like five years ago. I'm like there's a crawler out there and then I started doing research on this place and and one of the forms, like one of the haunted, like whatever society forms so this group of teenagers actually I think they were in their early 20s or like late teens or whatever they came out because they heard all the rumors about that place and they had their cameras, like they wanted to take pictures, and they seen that thing slither. They said there was a crawler and they said that it morphs, it can be like anything and they all seen it. It was like a group of them and it scared the shit out of them and they like fell over each other trying to get out of there. So they pushed him in the car, right.

Or like early on did you feel that thing when you told? Them not to come in Because it said in your car yeah, it said in the car when you first got to this last place, remember it pushed you. Oh, when I got out, no, no, you were still. It pushed you there. I thought you. And then you start saying that you don't think they'll have to come in.

I always say you're not, you kind of have to like welcome something as long as you say you're not welcome, like you cannot. They can't Dude that thing. Like you might, like we might have seen it, and if Michael would have seen you, it's supposedly, it's a different form for everybody. You might have seen it, and if Michael would have seen it it could have looked something different.

we have to go. I could feel it slithering around. And then I heard it. I heard something. I heard it at the end. The first couple times I didn't hear it when you said that, but then I heard it. I could like feel it. I was like yeah, no. Then I looked back at the truck and I was like mmm, it got like really foggy. Yeah, it got like really foggy. I was like, yeah, we need to go, just cause I don't want anything like stupid to happen and terrorize Michael, cause he'll never come back out with us again. He'd be like nope, it's probably a reason why he didn't see it. You guys thought I was crazy, though huh, you never take your glasses off.

That's what I was saying. It's like I knew I was the only one watching Because you were looking down at your phone, who me?

No, I seen it. I stared right at it. Oh, I didn't realize that. What the thing that was underneath the light? Yeah, when we were, when I saw it, I was staring at it. I go. Oh my God, oh, I didn't realize it.

I seen eyes. I was wondering why you were freaking out too. That makes sense. No, I was watching it. Both like respond at the same time.

Yeah, no, I seen it. That's the second time I've seen it out there. The first time I seen a crawler out there was like five years ago. Oh no, I fucking seen it. And then it makes me feel a little bit better. You didn't know that. That's why I said I thought you were like no, I went, like no, I seen it here. Yeah, it came out of the dark part and then it came and then it like looked and then it was looking at us as it went to the tombstones. Oh yeah, I watched it and the eyes got bigger. Yeah, it looks like looking into two snowy TVs. Oh yeah, no, honey, I seen it Now.

When I seen it five years ago, that really terrified me. I think I actually pissed myself a little bit because I was staring at this tomb out there and it was towards the left in the back and I could have swore I kept like seeing like a shadow and I was just like what the hell? So I turned all my lights off and I was by myself and Tom was in the middle part and Tom had just said Mel, are you okay? And I said, yeah, I'm fine, and he goes Mel, be careful over there. And I said I'm fine and I turned around and it's like I, like I was already looking down, so I was turning around to walk over by Tom and I just seen it was like it went like one way, then it went the other way and I was like it, like it it really like shook my pant panties, like it was scary. It was scary, it was how quick it moved.

That article I read. It says it morphs. There was a group of like 20-something-year-old, pretty much kids that'd seen that and that was like in the early 2000s, so they're obviously older than us. Yeah, no, I watched it. It almost at first it looked like an Italian Greyhound, yeah, almost Like the face of it. And then it like it almost like disappeared. Oh, it did disappear, it, the face of it. And then it like Almost like it disappeared. Oh, it did disappear. It like dissipated, like went through the tombstones. It was gone. I can't believe you didn't know. I seen it. No, I didn't, dude. I seen it come out of like this part right here, like the dark right corner, and then it oh my God. And then it oh my god. And then it like looked and then it like went down and then it was like looking, and then it went right to the two zones. It was verifying it. It really saw like a trouble there. God, I wish I would have had that on camera, camera, so like if michael ever sees it it might look different to him. Yeah, it'd probably be like pb herman the Herman, the group of those kids in the early 2000s said that it was a little girl. It was like something that started out. All right, you guys.

So when Carissa and I have been out there several times, we used to see this like cat-like thing. Well, first we just thought it was a cat and of course we're like this, like cat like thing. Well, first we just thought it was a cat and of course we're like, ooh, kitty, kitty. And then, ooh, I'm getting a shake. Um, every time we were in the car and we would see it before we would even go in there and walk, it would excuse me, oh, it's freaky out there. Um, we would be like, come here, come here. And it would come closer to the gates and then all of a sudden it would look completely different and we would be like what is that? And then it would like all of a sudden appear on the other side and it would be a cat again. So I think those times it was trying to like lure, her and I to come back, to come back there by ourselves.

And then in recent times last year I believe it was last summer or maybe it was like two summers ago, but Tom, me and Carissa and Christina were in the middle of that cemetery and we kept just seeing something shadowy like just jet across and at first I thought maybe it was a rat, but there's something very creepy about that place. And before they redid it it was an older gate, very, very weathered. There was always pictures of people on the gate and they were all young kids, like teenagers, never anyone older, and we just figured, okay, that's people that are in there that died. And then the last couple of times we had went out before this most recent time, we noticed that they weren't putting pictures up anymore. So I don't know if it just wasn't allowed anymore. Like we don't know what happened to those pictures. But if you guys have never checked out this cemetery on Kidder Road in Bruce Township, you need to.

And I was actually telling our friend Teresa the other day about this place and I was like Teresa think of like a Greyhound that is like mixed with a Nightmare Before Christmas character. It almost looks like animated, like when Kevin and I seen this and it's crazy that he didn't realize that I didn't see it too. I'm sorry that I did see it, didn't realize that I didn't see it too. I'm sorry that I did see it. He didn't think I seen it, but like it was so like I cannot make this up. I mean, staring at this thing was like again, it was captivating. It was like what am I seeing right now? Is this real? I mean, it literally looked like animated.
