Dr Rohan Jowallah is a Jamaican born educator who currently works at the University of Central Florida as a senior Instructional Designer. His wide-ranging educational experiences encompasses working in Jamaica, USA and UK.
His Book, Organisational Inclusivity invites a critical reflection on the role of leaders to create institutions that places inclusion at the centre. He has written numerous published articles. He currently resides in Florida.
