This week an extreme shift in the weather conditions in Malta led to emergency services rescuing 17 divers out at sea. The department of wildlife and fish is facing a 30 thousand dollar fine following the death of one of their staff during a routing snorkelling survey. A new nominee is to be inducted into the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame in recognition of her groundbreaking contributions to the diving world. And this month PADI has introduced their youngest course director to date at just 21.
