In 2022 Janel Rodriguez lost her oldest son to fentanyl poisoning. Three weeks after his funeral she found herself in front of an audience determined to help all the youth and adults avoid the same tragedy. Today she and her husband lead the Forever15Project, a non profit organization that seeks to spread awareness about the dangers of fentanyl.
