Speaker 1:Let's get started with today's meditation. Find a comfortable position, settling into a space where you can fully relax and gently close your eyes. Take a slow, deep breath in and exhale, fully, letting go of any tension. As you continue to breathe slowly and deeply, imagine a warm, golden light surrounding you. With each breath, this light gently wraps around your body, bringing a sense of calm and tranquility. Feel the warmth of this light as it soothes every muscle, releasing any tightness or stress or tension. Let your body sink deeper into relaxation with every exhale. Now let's focus on your breath. Inhale slowly through your nose, feeling the air filling your lungs and expanding your chest. Hold it for a moment and then exhale slowly, letting go of any remaining tension. Continue this cycle of deep, rhythmic breathing, allowing each breath to take you to a more serene state. As you find yourself becoming more relaxed, bring your attention to your heart center. Visualize a soft, gentle glow emanating from the space. With each beat, the glow expands, filling you with a profound sense of love and self-assurance.
Speaker 1:Now that you're in a state of relaxation, let's begin our journey into radical self-love In your mind's eye. I want you to gently bring your awareness outside of your body. Imagine that you're looking down on yourself and you see this beautiful field of energy that surrounds you. Call into your awareness your mental body, the body that governs your mind, your thoughts, and pay attention to what color it is. Maybe you see this as a soft hue or glow, or maybe as an outline. Your shape or color resonates for you at this time. Take notice of the color, take notice of what it looks like and picture it just in front of you or below you, as though you can touch it. And now sending your mental body all the love in your heart, but silently or out loud.
Speaker 1:After me, dear mental body, I am so sorry for all the times that I've judged you. I am so sorry for all the times that I betrayed you. I'm so sorry for all the times that I've put you down. I'm so sorry for all the times that I didn't listen to you. I'm so sorry for all the times that I didn't value you. I'm so sorry for all the times that I didn't respect you. I'm so sorry for all the times I didn't trust you. I am so sorry for all the times that I abandoned and rejected you. I am sorry I didn't give you what you needed because I didn't think you mattered.
Speaker 1:I see you now.
Speaker 1:I hear you and I love you and I am here for you.
Speaker 1:I will never abandon or reject you, ever again.
Speaker 1:To me, you are perfect. I will take care of you. I will give you what you need. I will make you my priority, because to me you will always matter. I love you. I'm so sorry, please forgive me. Thank you, I love you. I'm so sorry, please forgive me. Thank you, I love you. I'm so sorry, please forgive me. Thank you, letting those words sink in to your mental body and bathing it in love and acceptance. Now bring your awareness outside of your body again and imagine that you're hanging down on yourself and you see the field of energy that surrounds you. I want you to call into your awareness now your physical body. What color is it? What does it look like? Picture it in front of you or below you, as though you can touch it and again silently repeat after me or aloud Dear physical body, I am so sorry for all the times I judged you. I am so sorry for all the times I betrayed you. I am so sorry for all the times that I put you down. I am SO sorry for all the times that I did not listen to you. I am so sorry for all the times that I did not value you. I am so sorry for all the times that I did not respect you. I am so sorry for all the times that I did not trust you. I am so sorry for all the times that I abandoned and rejected you. I'm sorry that I didn't give you what you needed because I didn't think you mattered. I see you, I hear you, I love you and I am here for you, and I will never, ever abandon or reject you ever again. To me, you are perfect and I will take care of you. I will give you what you need. Speaker 1:Take a moment to let those words sink in with your physical body.
Speaker 1:Now bring your awareness outside your body one more time and imagine looking down on yourself in the energy field that surrounds you, and I want you to call into your focus and awareness now your emotional body. What color is it? What does it look like I'm so sorry to be in front of you or below you, as though you can reach out and touch it now and now, silently or aloud. Repeat after me, dear emotional body, I am so sorry for all the times that I've judged you. I'm so sorry for all the times that I've betrayed you. I'm so sorry for all the times that I've put you down. I'm so sorry for all the times that I did not listen to you. I'm so sorry for all the times that I did not value you. I am so sorry for all the times that I did not respect you. I'm so sorry for all the times that I did not trust you. I'm so sorry for all the times that I abandoned and rejected you. I'm so sorry. I did not give you what you needed because I didn't think you mattered. I see you now. I hear you. I love you and I am here for you and I will never, ever abandon or reject you ever again. And now, for one last time, letting those words sink in, bring your awareness outside your body again and imagine that you're looking down on yourself and see the energy field that surrounds you, see all your three bodies combined your mental body, your physical body and your emotional, seeing them healed and vibrant and strong. And with your hand on your heart, I want you to feel the following affirmations you are enough, you are loved, thank you. You are worthy, you are beautiful and perfect, just as you are, and your needs will forever be my priority. You are enough. You are loved. You are worthy, you are beautiful and perfect, just as you are, and your needs will forever be my priority. You are enough. You are loved. You are worthy, you are beautiful and perfect, just as you are, and your needs will forever be my priority. Letting those words sink in and then gradually return to the present moment, bring your awareness back to the sensations in your body now Wiggle your fingers and toes Gently, allowing yourself to reconnect with the physical world around you. Take a moment to express gratitude for the time you've dedicated to your mental, physical and emotional body To give some much needed love. Whenever you're ready, slowly begin to deepen your breath, inhaling deeply, filling your lungs, and exhaling slowly With each breath, feeling yourself becoming more alert and present as you feel ready to gently open your eyes and take in your surroundings. Carry this newfound love for yourself as you continue your day and remember that you're on the path of healing and transformation. So embrace it all with an open heart.
