Mark Knoblauch, PhD

This episode is the audio recording of the most recent installment in the VeDA Video Education Series. The video recording is also available at https://youtu.be/QbY5XGPZim0

Drs. Kathleen Stross and Danielle Tolman speak with Mark Knoblauch, PhD- author of several books written for vestibular patients BY a vestibular patient. His books were born out of his own research when he was afflicted with vestibular symptoms. Dissatisfied with the array of consumer books out there, he felt compelled to begin writing patient-focused books on vestibular disorders, diet, and exercise. Mark’s own experience with having multiple vestibular disorders will speak to all vestibular warriors, especially those with BPPV, Meniere’s disease, Vestibular Migraine, PPPD, and related symptoms. Mark’s background in sports medicine and interest in the scientific process led him to complete doctoral and post-doctoral training in kinesiology as well as molecular physiology and biophysics, all of which contribute to his unique perspective of what worked and did not work for his own vestibular symptoms. You don’t want to miss his consumer guides which outline the many trials and successes that he has encountered during his vestibular journey.
