Heather's Mother died of a bleeding heart, literally. Heather describes her Mom as the most kind, giving, self sacrificing person she has EVER met. She was 52 years old when she passed. She had severe diabetes and multiple conditions associated. Heather discusses how the feeling is so surreal because she is currently 50 and life feels like it's just moving into a really good chapter.
