Dorian’s Bio:
Dorian Shockey is the owner and Founder of CrossFit Resurgens in Marietta, GA where he also coaches.. He is an experienced strength and conditioning coach with over 11 years experience in the fitness field. He has multiple certifications including CrossFit Level 1 Certified (2009) and CrossFit Mobility. He is the father of 2 precious little girls, Selah & Cali, and a beautiful endearing wife, Angel.
CrossFit Resurgens is a core strength & conditioning training facility that delivers fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. We teach functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
