I would like to welcome everyone to, oh, we got s defi up here now too. Let's go. Let's get it. All right. I would like to welcome everyone too. The Avax ecosystem space. I am one of your hosts. My name is Brey. I am growth for Gogo Pool and Gogo Pool's decentralized liquid staking protocol for the specific reason of expanding the subnet economy. Every single Ava that is liquid Stake with us is used to help launch subnets faster and at half cost. I'm also joining here by my lovely co-host Savvy Defi. They do non-liquid lines of credit. Say, what's up my friend Can you hear me now? Ah, can you hear me now? Yes. Perfect. I was like, no, the audio ised, but perfect. Yes, I can hear you. What's up, dude? Yo. Yo. How you doing Brey? Good to hear your voice, my man. How doing Brey? Good to hear your voice, my man. Man, it's, it's, it's been too long, my friend. It's been way too long for everyone else. For everyone out there that is, That is Alex Lumley at the helm of s d Fry right there. Uh, clearly having some technical difficulties. I'm also joined by Gavin, a Delta Prime. You may know about their protocol. If you don't, you definitely need to go ahead and check them out. Uh, Gavin say, what's up, my friend? Yo, brief. How you doing Aine? Thanks for having us. Hey, small thing. Um, two things actually. First there is echo. So I think like I hear myself double and I also heard, uh, Roman just, oh, you're hearing some echo. That is so unfortunate. I have no way of fixing the echo, unfortunately. Um, it is tr like, is is it really crazy? It's very hard. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Probably like if you would mute yourself while someone else speaking that, that would help. And then you like unmute yourself, uh, immediately, often. Got you. We'll, we'll do that for sure. Um, and second sec seconds, like, I love your energy, bro. Like I saw there, the summit and like the energy for everyone listening, the energy that you hear him having here is exactly the same as Yes in the summit. It's freaking amazing. I love it. Hey, I appreciate you bro. Man, you had so much good energy at the summit as well, man. It was, it was just lovely being able to talk with you and, um, just being able to talk about everything that we, uh, love about Avalanche and then also talk about everything that you got going on with Delta Prime, which we are for sure gonna get into a little bit later on. Um, I also got Roman here with Savvy Defi say, what's up? My friend G mgm. There is an echo in a delay. It's really freaking weird. But to uh, echo the sentiment from Delta, my man Brey got unlimited amounts of energy. This guy was running around in a onesie, basically, uh, around summit, uh, having a hell of a time. So always glad to be in our, in, in our shared spaces with you, my friend. Did the echo get a little bit better when I'm muted that time? Yeah. Yeah, it went away actually. Perfect, perfect. We're gonna roll just like that then my friend also, man, appreciate you for the love, man. Like, honestly, bro, I just, I just love avalanche. I love this space. I feel like suddenness of the future and I want to get, I want to, I wanna see that future come to fruition, my friend. So, You know, and also I'm just a hype person in, in, in general, just in real life. I am this hype dog. Uh, we are also joined by Kyle Danin of Avalanche. Say, what's up my friend? Hey, what's up everybody? Hey, hey, hey. What's up everybody? Uh, yeah. Just pop it in and say hello. Just pop it in and, uh, and listened. Cause I know there's a lot going on. Uh, I want to hear more about Delta Prime and Savvy and what everyone's doing, savvy and what everyone's doing. I think the echo, if you have two devices going brey, then that might be, I think we're hearing the audio come from your other device into your microphone, um, if that's possible. But yeah, just wanna say what's up. Gotta echo the, the sentiment around the energy. Me and Brey spent a good amount of time together at Summit in all different places and yeah, just super great energy. It's infectious. Um, so yeah, just wanted say what's up to the community here. Just wanted to welcome everybody in. It's great to be talking to everybody again after a few weeks off. So yeah, so much great stuff happening with, with three of these awesome, um, partners and protocols we have here. So just wanted to pop in and say hello and welcome everybody, and I'm gonna be listening in. I want to just hear more about what you guys going on, but yeah, just, uh, saying hello to the community and then hope everyone's having a good week so far. Hey, I wanna let you know, Kyle, we really, really appreciate you for popping by today. Also, super sad that Mr. DJ said, oh, man. All right, well, oh man. I'll get the recording and the video over to you. I'll get the recording and the video, but if you were at the, uh, avalanche after party Avalanche at the, uh, at the club at the pub, thank you for coming through. Thank you for coming through. Yo, for everyone out there, like you, you, if you weren't at the summit, man, you, you really, really missed out. We're gonna talk about, uh, a lot of different things that, that went on on that day. Um, I think the best way to kind of start things off to kind of get everything going is I'm gonna, and I'm gonna pick on, uh, Gavin, what would you say was your favorite part about Avalanche Summit? Meeting, meeting the other protocols, uh, in real life, like we've been, uh, with, we've been building, uh, since, um, since 2021. Um, and we went to the summit last year as well, obviously. Um, and we knew the other protocols, but nobody knew us, right? So we, we didn't really get to like, have real in-depth conversations with, uh, what are now our partners. Um, so going this time around and just seeing everyone, and I'm talking about partners like a yield check, like a banky like, uh, trader Joe, uh, factor finance, gmx, you guys seeing all of you like in real life, that's just it. It puts a face behind the logo, you know, and puts a face behind the profile picture. Same goes for our community members, actually. So seeing them in real life like that by far, for me, is the highlight of the summit. You know what Gavin, I I really appreciate that you said that, man. Cuz you know, that was literally one of my favorite parts about Summit, uh, to everyone out there. You know, if you're in crypto, and even more so if you're in, you know, ni the niche market, that is avalanche as well. When you get to talking to people in like your hometowns and stuff, I don't know if you guys have had this experience, but in Chicago, the moment I say anything about crypto, the conversation shuts down pretty much immediately, uh, and, and expediently. And they walk away from me and they think I'm crazy, um, to the point where, uh, you know, I, I don't typically bring up, you know, you know, my job or, or crypto. So it was, it was good to be in a place. Where, for one thing, it's a bear market, right? So every single person that is in there is there because they love the technology that Avalanche is building. They love where the future of avalanche is going and that they want to be there to support that future or build upon that future. And I think it was just a beautiful, beautiful situation to have all of us there in just kind of one place to where we can kind of, you know, have that release or we can really talk about things in, in the way that we would love to, right? Like, we're all excited about what's going on with Avalanche. Um, Roman, I'm gonna ask you the same thing, and I'm also gonna let you know that you can't say the same thing that Gavin said. Well, I came for the paella. Fuck you guys. No, I'm kidding. Uh, I one, the biggest, the biggest thing is, uh, for me was last year we started building Savvy around Summit one, and Oxy was fortunate enough to go down to Barcelona to kind of hang out with. Ava Labs crew and all the builders last year, and he's been effectively making me FOMO since then. So, uh, I guess like you could say for me in the conference circuit and, and all that, like the Sum Summit was one of the more like important, um, events that we wanted to kind of go to largely because of all the partnerships and, and kind of relationships we've built over the last year. And it's always fun to meet people i r l uh, but also, you know, you are privy to Alpha when you go to these conferences, you do hear things and you do get exposed to, to things before they become, uh, you know, marketed or wildly like published and stuff. So like part of it for me was the excitement of reconnecting with all the people I've spent so much time with on, you know, telegram, discords, Twitter spaces, et cetera. And, and obviously, you know, get opportunities to learn about new projects and, and meet new people in the space. And it's been, for what it's worth, the ROI from Summit has been amazing for, for us. So, um, you know, very excited about everything that went down and, uh, had a great time. What, what we about to say Roman? My bad. Uh, I was just saying that like, we had a really great time with all of our friends, um, and yeah. Learned a lot. So lot of, lot of takeaways from that, from that, uh, conference. Yeah. Ju jumping in a little bit there as well because like you, you mentioned that you had like fomo, like for the summit, like since last year. You can go to other events, right? Like other crypto events. But it is different. It is different because we were at consensus like last week, right? Which is like a huge crypto event in, uh, in Texas, Austin this year. Um, but it's may, maybe it's because we are solely on the avalanche chain that might, uh, be a part of it, but like, just. Being in thi this felt way more like being in a community, right? Being in the avalanche community. And that's not something that we found in, uh, dead Event, or that I found in other events, really. Um, so ever since last year, I was really looking forward to the summit this year. And if you missed out on this one, make sure that you're at the next one because it, it's just completely different from any other crypto experience, uh, that you might have. I heard the food was really good too. I I never really got a chance to eat any of it cuz I kept like being stopped by all, all our friends and like talking to them and shit. But, uh, I heard the food was pretty, pretty good. Can, uh, cannot confirm, but maybe you guys can, you know, let me know. Was it, was it good? Was it really I can, I can for sure confirm. Um, I didn't, was it, was it my bad? What were you about to say? Keep going. No, I, uh, I can actually confirm like the food was fire. I didn't get to try the, um, I don't know what the, what the meat is called that they kind of like slice off like the off the rack or whatever, but I never, Serrano ham. S what was it called? Serrano, the, the ham. Okay, so it's Serrano. Okay. Yeah, I didn't get to try that out. Uh, but I did get to try, um, like they had like a ice cream cart there that I tried, I got to try. Uh, is that, what was that, the paella, I think it was called. Got to try that. Uh, got to try, I mean, add some wine. Got to definitely try some wine. Um, but definitely, um, I, I echo the sentiments of both Roman and Gavin. Uh, I think like, You hit it right on the nail, Gavin, when you said like, it was like a community event and just to kind of, kind of compare it like I've been to like, you know, like a South by Southwest or you know, other conferences and you go there and you kind of are just, you're there with the people that you're there with. You may meet some more people, but you're kind of there with the people, you're, people you're there with experiencing, um, kind of a new, new venue, new music, new artist, things like that. Whereas what I loved about Summit was, you know, first day you may not know everyone that's there, but as every you start to get to talking to everybody, everyone's kind of coming up to you. Everyone's really, really nice and everyone's kind of united under this, this one front of loving avalanche. So you always have something exciting to talk about. And I noticed the second day that I came in, you know, It almost kind of felt like a family at that point. Like, you're kind of walking around, you're like, oh, what's up bro? What's up? Oh, I saw you at the after party, man, I was just dancing with you. How you doing, man? You know, and it, it, it, it really, really just kind of showed how alive this community really, really is. And then I also wanted to kind of emphasize what Roman was saying about that Alpha. Now I was obviously working the whole time. I, I, I could, I could not get it. I was creating content. I was in a mascot, jumping around. I just could not get to a lot of the speakers, unfortunately. So, Roman, I'm gonna have to pick on you, man, and I gotta ask you, what was some of the alpha that you saw that you, that really, really kind of gelled with you? Well, definitely, you know, uh, the grand vision that Emon presented was something, um, a lot to take in there. You know, his vision's pretty, pretty interesting. So I think, um, following that narrative like. People that are really tuned in. I, I think for them it was a, you know, pretty, uh, kind of interesting, uh, conversation and an idea that he threw out there with the whole COAs. So that's definitely some alpha. I don't think that's been publicized as much as it could be, I guess. So that one for sure, um, just met a lot of interesting projects that are like late stage coming out really soon. Um, some very interesting financial infrastructure tools coming and, uh, also excited about all the game five stuff that I'm seeing. And, uh, you know, I got to hang out in the little gaming corner with Coop for, for, for a bit, and I got to hear about some of the cool games. So, you know, nothing specific. It's more just, uh, when you hear an opportunity, you see an opportunity, something like that. You know, they're not always like hundred X's or anything like that, but it's just, you put yourself out there enough, you hear enough conversations, you get exposed to these ideas and you know, Just little by little things kind of like come together. Um, so yeah, for me it was like seeing a lot of the financial infrastructure tools kind of maturing in, uh, AVAs, which is interesting. So a lot of the talks that I, I, uh, caught later were around that. Um, so like options based protocols I think are gonna be like, pretty big, uh, very bullish for Arrow, you know, interested to see what enclave's gonna do. Things like, like that's, uh, pretty, pretty bullish on all the stuff I heard about them. So, you know, nothing super concrete, just, just being there early, I guess. I think the closure, I think the, the COA is that was the AI subnets, right? Yeah. Yeah. Very bold. Beyond bold. Like, you know what I mean? Dude, I'm in this space because I follow people that have bold visions that, you know, I want to be part of the community that that's, that's bold and acts that way and. You know, for what it's worth, I'm with it. Like who knows if it's going to come, like, come to fruition, but down for the cause, I guess, you know, like pretty, pretty interested to see how it plays out and supportive for anyone out there who's not like privy to what we're, we're talking about the, these COAs, basically Emin announced a vision for AI creating subnets. So he used an example of chess, you know, since chess has, you know, defined parameters, you know, typically if you were to code a chess game, you have to code in all these def defined parameters as opposed to doing that, he, he envisions a future where you essentially can AI create an entire sub, a chess subnet saying, create me a subnet. That is the standard way of playing chess. And then boom, now you have a chess playing sub. And that's what he, uh, debuted is like that, that thought and that vision and like it is. Huge in its scope. Um, absolutely, completely mind blowing, like being there to like witness it being kind of debuted. Um, Roman, when did he give like a, a roadmap to it or anything like that? Or was it kind of pure like vision? Uh, think the roadmap was 10 years, 10 years, 10 years my friends. But hey man, like as far as, uh, being patient is concerned, like, I mean, we, we all are here during a bear market when we could be in other places. And I think that we are all super in love with the technology of the avalanche is building. So like I'm down the way 10 years if it means that my mom can spin up a, a chess subnet through Google pool for half price, uh, if, if she's so desires. Um, now I, I do want to talk a little bit about how Avalanche Summit kind of looked. And like all like the different like kind of side events that they had going on. Uh, I'm gonna pick on Gavin. Can you tell me a little bit about where it was located and like how, like that and then how that kind of like added to the entire like, environment and like ambience of it all? You mean like Les like, because it was in Spain, right? In Barcelona, Les, it's uh, how do you describe it? It's, uh, I, I really dunno. How, how, how would you describe it be? Because it really depended, right? Like Yeah, it's, it, you're right bro. It is kind of hard to describe. What I was typically telling people was, Hey guys, I'm in the middle of a castle right now. And if, and so anyone out there in the audience who has not um, been to Avalanche Summit, uh, I want you to just close your eyes unless you're driving, don't close your eyes if you're driving. But if you're not driving, just close your eyes real quick. I'm gonna take you guys, I'm gonna take you guys on a, uh, on a little path here. So, imagine you're driving up and there's this huge, massive s castle on top of a mountain. As you're driving up, you're like, holy shit. This, this is massive. Like the, the scope of it all. I don't even know how tall it is. Let's say, let's say a hundred feet tall. I don't know what it is, but it's massive. You're walking up to this huge, huge, massive buildings. There's this huge, there's this huge, massive gateway you must walk through. You walk through sub gateway. There's this red carpet, there's this avalanche red carpet. They got some avalanche symbols lighting up. They've got like a nice little, you know, situation for you to go and take some pictures. You feel like a complete star. You keep on walking past that Now. You're in this huge courtyard. So I want you guys to imagine any castle, uh, medieval kind of movie that you've ever seen where you walk inside the castle and it's this massive courtyard with villagers walking around. Now that is exactly what that was. It is just a, a massive courtyard. And, um, essentially there's this large courtyard and surrounding all of it are buildings basically, that you can go into. There's a, there's a bunch of different restaurants. As you keep walking more, there's like gift shops and there's like ice cream places, and there's a museum. There's several museums in fact, and you keep walking past that, and then now you're kind of like on the outskirts of the castle, everything kind of opens up. No more walls. Now you're just on top of a mountain overlooking all of Barcelona, Spain. And it is absolutely beautiful and gorgeous and large in the scope. You can see really far off into the distance, the cathedral that they've been building for 150 years. It looks beautiful. And then as you keep on walking, now you've opened up into another area. There's a serene area in Ava Land Summit where you can get massages and sit in massage chairs. And then there's portable massagers that you can walk around and massage yourself with. And then there's hammocks for you to rest and lay. Everyone's resting around, chilling, talking. There's benches for you to talk. There's little like beanbag chairs for you to sit on. It's a vibe. Uh, there's also like a little place where everyone can do this collaborative art, so everyone was kind of coming in, just drawing things in this one little spot. It's really, really, really a beautiful site to everyone out there who has never seen it before, like I would recommend just start saving for it right now. If you love avalanche. Hey, straight up. Hey, I'm being straight up Gavin. Like people, like this is something that needs to be experienced. Am I wrong? You're absolutely right. There's no way you did not prepare this whole thing. Like how like that that was a stellar, uh, description of what it looks like. It was, it was spot on. It also made me, made me film a little bit because I've been, uh, like on day, day one, I was, I was most of the time just like in the, in the big courtyard as you just described, um, because we had a note there, right? So initially, Hopping boots and like meeting everyone that I want to meet. And then like on day two, being next to my note, like answering questions, helping people out. Um, meeting up with, with, with Mark from Ava Lounge and with some other people. Um, but there are so many places like last year that, that I, uh, did find like the whole garden area. I know how beautiful it is. I also heard the day that massages right now, which you just described is crazy. ISS amazing. Um, yeah. So I missed out on all of that. I, uh, yeah, thanks for the fomo. I'm, I'm gonna do that next year I think. So everybody out there who just heard Gavin, so remember Gavin was just at this conference right? The whole time. Um, the courtyard is so large that like I was the same as you, Gavin day one. I thought the courtyard was the entire, uh, summit. Um, I had no idea that there was more, and it took until day two for me to actually like really, really explore. Again, guys, this is a castle. Like every bit of a castle, I want you to mat medieval times. It is a very large castle. So, um, if once you go past that courtyard, the cool thing about Avalanche Summit is there are a lot of places to explore. It's not some like huge conference venue where you just walk in, there's a bunch of boots and that's all cool and dandy. It's like, cool, all the boots are in that courtyard. But once you walk past that courtyard, now you're just exploring. Now there's a museum for you to explore. Now there is another like visual art museum for you to explore. There's also, I think there were four different stages. I, I only saw two, so that means I did not explore well enough, and I'm telling you all that so that you can kind of understand the scope, like how large this place was that like literally. You could explore this place and go off on a path. And I went off on a path where I discovered like the massage area and stuff like that. But then we talked to Gavin. Gavin never discovered that portion. And I'm just to kind you folks to kinda get the, uh, scope of everything. Yeah, it's, it's a, it's a auto to be fair, like, um, my, my, um, my experience was amazing. Like I said, like on on day one it was mostly, wait, can you mute yourself for a sec? Second. So on day one it was mostly in indeed, like seeing the meeting, the other meeting the other partners. Um, and on day two, like having a note as well. Uh, because we didn't have that last year, which, which definitely gave me like more free time, um, but also, which made us way less approachable. This time we had one. Um, and that's also like highly recommended, like if you're moving up in a space, like we are of course, like still pretty new. We've launched like four months ago. But, um, having a place where people can come to, where community members know you will be, or someone from your team will always be, uh, that's also just like, I don't know. It really, it really enhances the experience. It makes, makes the whole experience a little bit different from, um, going out and exploring. And I think that there's value in both of it, but what Roman was saying as well, like meeting, for example, the, the meeting institutions and stuff, which also has, uh, been very beneficial to like Delta Prime as a project in the week after. Um, that's also something that we can only do, like if we have, or that's way easier to do, let me say like that. Way easier to do when you have this spot, right? Like what's your name, what's your logo, um, where everyone knows who you are and what you're doing. Hey, real, real quick, you know, just for the folks out there who aren't kind of privy, um, to Delta Prime, Gavin, can you just kind of give'em a quick overview about what you guys are building over there? Yeah, yeah, definitely. So essentially what we're doing is we usually, when you take out a loan in the normal world, it's based on trust, right? In the real world out there, it's based on trust. If you go to a bank, uh, you have to give up everything, who you are, what you make, all your information. Um, and then you get like, let's say a hundred K loan that goes good until it goes wrong. Especially what we saw in 2022. All these trust based loans where organizations lend money to each other, at some point it does go wrong. Someone gambles it all away or whatever, and the whole ecosystem goes down. So then you had like Lending 2.0, this actually like part of the keynote that I gave at the summit as well. Um, but they had Lending 2.0, which is uh, like Ave Compound and Maker Dow who are trustless. So they give out trustless loans. They don't need to know who you are, but what they do need is for you to lend them more money then that you're borrowing from them. So if you want to borrow 50 k. Then you have to put down a hundred k. It crushes the capital efficiency of borrowers, uh, of lenders alike. And at the end of the day, you end up with huge lending protocols, which are, which can only hoard and hoard and hort liquidity. So what we are doing without Prime is we're allowing borrowers to deposit a hundred k worth of collateral, for example, can also be a hundred dollars, but let's say a hundred K, the plus a hundred K word of collateral. Borrow for example, 400 K against it and we don't know who you are. You can use the full 500 K with all our partner protocols. And those partner protocols are all blue chips. So for example, trader Joe Gmx, uh, yield check, uh, effective finance, you can use it with all these protocols. Um, and because of that, it goes into some sort of like escrow smart contract. We call it a dedicated smart contract. But the protocol always keeps control over the value of your collateral. So from a protocol perspective, it's over collateralized. Over collateralized. It's completely trustless. But from a user perspective, it's under collateralized. So we boost capital efficiency of borrowers, uh, the deposits, they get way higher interest rates. Right now, our, our, uh, interest rates are low for our standards, which means, uh, about seven, 8%, uh, as a deposit rate on UTC and utt. But you see the capital efficiency, uh, increase you see just throughout the whole protocol. Um, and actually fun fact, uh, on day two of the Avalanche Summit, we had set as a goal for ourselves to become, um, top 10 in, uh, tfl, um, on Avalanche before the summit. And we almost made it, we hit that on, uh, day two. So that was, uh, like an extra celebration, uh, for us team. Yo, first off, bro, congratulations, man. Like, now I gotta just ask you, Gavin, how does that feel? That's, that's great. That's great. Like, like I said, like we, we had set it as a goal and we like, just missed our goal, I guess. But it's great because like the people, like the projects. That are with us. Um, like in, in this place of, uh, the TFL charts, they are like a Pangolin effect, fine. Like if you go up from us, if you go from us, we're number 10, right? You go up, you literally get all our partners, right? And like debt is something that, that, I'm just really proud of that as Delta Prime grows in T V L, we will also grow if we keep our utilization ratio high enough, because that at the end of the day, that's what we care about more. We will also grow the T v L of our partners. And at the end of the day, the goal is to mainly, uh, ams to deepen the pool liquidity over there through the unlocking of this liquidity from over pluralized protocols. Like an Ave put it into a gmx or put it into, uh, PPU or Pangolin or Trader Joe and. Lower the slippage on the whole chain so that we can attract more capital, more outside capital. Um, and that wills can more easily do transactions without huge use, huge slippage, right? Um, makes the whole chain more efficient, um, and makes us grow boost innovation. That, that, that's the end goal. So seeing all, all our partners with us up there, it's, it's an amazing feeling. Absolutely. And, and really, really wanna highlight Delta Prime too. For anybody out there who isn't privy to them, please, please, please check out their docs. Make sure you go ahead and, uh, check out their Twitter profile. Definitely is a protocol that, you know, I've, I've been utilizing and have been absolutely loving and super, super revolutionary in its scope. And, you know, since, since we're spotlighting protocols, you already know Roman, I got a spotlight Savvy Defi as well, extremely revolutionary in your scope, can you just give folks just a quick overview of what, what you guys building over there? Yeah, absolutely, man. Uh, so Savvy is a defi infrastructure layer. We unlock future yield by allowing a user to take an advance against their yield bearing cryptos. And one of the very interesting things about us is that we ensure that you're never at risk of liquidation. Uh, so you can effectively borrow up to 50% of your collateral that will repay itself over time, and you never have to worry about being margin called if the dollar value of your crypto decreases. So we actually pair quite well with projects like Delta Prime and even liquid staking options like, uh, G G Avax for example. So we unlock that yield capability, give users instant advances that they then can do with whatever they please. So TLD r, self-paying non-liquid dating loans, baby. Goodness gracious. I I, I loves defi so much, man. Cuz that's so revolutionary in the scope. It's from a person who came from Terra Luna was a Terra Luna Maxi used anchor, super heavy, obviously got extremely wrecked. Um, definitely excited for a project like Savvy Defi, um, as well as, as well as Delta Prime. And for anyone out there who's not privy to goggle pool, permissionless staking protocol, um, with a specific vision of expanding the subnet economy. And we do that in a few different ways. Uh, one of those ways is through our liquid staking protocol. Every AVA that you stake with us, it's put into a depositor pool, uh, to help launch subnets at half costs. So what subnet operators can do is they can come in with a thousand AVAs and then use an in stake 100 G G P tokens and then we'll match. Another thousand AVAs for them so that they can spin up their valve there. Not at half cost. Uh, but we're doing that so that we can lower the barrier to entry for subnets because we really, really believe in the future of subnets and we think they're the only way that Web Three can really scale. But the reason why I had us give all these overviews of Savvy D five Delta Prime of of of G G P is cause I really wanted people to understand how many different projects were there, right? We're Google Pool, we're super infrastructure heavy. Um, uh, both Savvy Defi and Delta Prime are on the, on the defi side of things. And then there were also games as well. Like they had demos for games that you could play as well. And it was just, it's, it's just beautiful to kind of see all of these different avalanche centered projects as well as institutional projects as well that are kind of looking at avalanche, just kind of all being, uh, in the same area, kind of connecting and networking together. Uh, Roman, did you get a chance to actually play any of the game demos? No. I got stuck talking to Coop and others. So like, you know, like I mentioned earlier, I didn't even get to leave that, that center stage circle, uh, courtyard that you guys described earlier until day three. So like, I beat you guys in terms of not exploring my surrounding dude, same here. No, I feel you. I feel you. I literally, day three, I went up to the monastery. I was like, oh wow, there's more. Okay. But you also gave, uh, you also gave a presentation, I think, right? Yeah, yeah. Um, Friday. Where did you do that? Where, where did you have that? We were talking on the subnet stage, which was right behind the, the main stage. So we were there with arrow markets. And, uh, talk a little bit about what you talked about at your panel. What did I talk about on the panel? That's a good question. Um, no, we were talking about like, uh, the power of defi derivatives, um, and, and what that could mean in the future. And, um, the, the, the whole concept of the talk, uh, was really centered around how the space is still really fragmented. And these, uh, you know, kind of, uh, well-defined stratify tools are starting to kind of creep into defi and, and, uh, the space is becoming more, um, mature overall. So that's good. And, uh, you know, we're just kind of talking about what the next stage could look like and, and how, um, we all kind of think in the future as far as, you know, derivatives go, uh, which is like a very large market in general. I think, uh, the future will probably have like consortiums, uh, or, you know, protocols kind of bonding together for like a shared vision. So instead of just. You know, doggie dog, pure competition like, uh, la laissez fair capitalism, or whatever you have in, in Defi today. I think the future will be quite, uh, more friendly as regulations come in. Obviously that, that will define a lot of things, but also projects will not only just build on top of each other, but actually like, have co incentivized shared goals, uh, in the future, especially in the defi derivative space. Um, was kind of like the big takeaway from our, from our chat. But, uh, yeah, that was the, the, the gist of it. I honestly, like, I, I never get too turned on by talks because, um, half the time it's just people shilling a product, um, in between saying one or two words that might be relevant. So I, I always kind of feel weird about these, these talks. Uh, and I try not to fall into that, um, chasm, but, you know, People obviously will, will show, which is not necessarily bad, but it's not my style I guess. I actually, no, I mean real shit. So, so what, what did you say the, again, sir, I just wanna talk about real shit. Like I wanna talk to people about real problems that we're trying to solve, like, you know, fun stuff, things like that. Like I never get excited about like, some, uh, narrative chat that, that gets put together and makes people go on stage. Oh, present company. Like excluded obviously, cuz you guys are awesome and this is more like natural, but uh, yeah, generally like those, those talks always are kind of weird. Yeah, I don't know. Like I, I, I think a lot of people today are also coming for like, so here's the thing, right? Like I didn't get the time at the summit to actually go to the, go to talks to any of them. So the only reason that I saw Emma's one was because that's the only one that's out there right now. It got released yesterday. The rest is gonna for everyone. Like, I'm assuming that a lot of people don't know, but there are a lot of videos who are still coming out in the, in the upcoming days, two weeks. Um, and I'm really looking forward to that. Um, also like if they're showing their own, their own organization, like what, what they're building, right? Their own project. Um, and I think a lot of users like that. You go when they go to, to a panel, right? I went to do, I, I did go to one, I went to one from, um, from, uh, and Factor and, uh, no two others. Uh, but those are our partners, so that's what I remember. Uh, so I went to that one, like right at the start of the summit. And. I went there partially because it was right before our own keynote, but also because like I know the guys, right? So seeing their take and seeing also like how, um, because you can't just chill only your own project. You always, like, even if that's your goal, you're always going to have to add the topic that you're supposed to talk about, add that to it. So see them like use, um, talk about the topic in conjunction with their project. I think that there, that there's a lot of value there as well. And that's something I'm looking forward to, to see more about. For example, your, the panel that you just des described, um, I'm curious, Gavin, what was, what was your panel about? We didn't have a panel. We had a, we had a keynote like right after the panel of, uh, of Dylan and, uh, and effective finance. Um, so we had a keynote about, um, well essentially. Shilling our own project, but also like we were talking about how the lending system works in general, uh, how it works in defi, why that doesn't fit the changing mindsets that we're seeing everywhere with, with liquidity book, with a, uh, with a ppu, uh, kind of protocols popping up, which are slowly, way more focused on being capital efficient instead of just wording liquidity and then popped, uh, Delta Prime into it as the next evolution of lending, like lending 3.0. Um, so that was our keynote. See, I, I, I like the way that you did your keynote. Um, and specifically commenting on like the overall, like the, the narrative, um, and then talking about like how you can, you know, be a solution for said narrative and then bringing in your protocol. I feel like it is a, it is a good way if, if we're ever gonna chill a project, right? Because, you know, if we're building a project, we have tohill it in some sort of way, or else who's going to, you know, participate in our project. Uh, but there are many ways that we can chill, right? There's the, there's the annoying way we can chill where we can hire a bunch of bots to just to spam every single person on Twitter just to spam'em. And we can do that, or we can do the more constructive show where we, we shill around a narrative. We build upon the narrative and then we, we, we let everyone know that we are the solution to set narrative. I think that is the, the, the, the best way to shell, and I'm using the word shell, even though it has a negative context. But as a marketer, I don't think it should have a negative context. That's me personally. My bad. Gavin, you un, you un paused. Oh, yeah, yeah. No, no. I, I completely agree. So that also goes a little bit back to what, what Roman was saying earlier. Like, I, I think that like putting your own, uh, project into it is absolutely fine. Just, uh, yeah, there is a indeed, like the annoy the annoying way of doing it. Um, so the first 12 minutes of, of a keynote, then we're more like, uh, general few on what's happening. Um, and then the last eight minutes we're on Delta Prime specifically. I, I think it always has to be a, a combination of education. Um, and, but, but like talking about your own product project, that, that's also a form of education, right? And if you don't believe that your project is actually beneficial for the users and does something that they should be educated on, you're working on the wrong project. Um, but then again, yeah, that, that indeed doesn't mean that you should just, I know, hire those bucks to send me, you want this giveaway, uh, dms on this court all the time. Literally like the worst. I would say probably the worst way to, to market your project. I will purposely not participate in your project. Um, now, uh, for everyone out there, we're gonna start, uh, we're gonna start winding things down here. I'm gonna start getting closer remarks from our lovely panel up here. I'm going to pick on Roman first. You got any closing remarks, man? Anything you wanna promote to the people out there? Don't you dare shilling Roman, you can't show so fucking hard right now. Nah. Um, I like the avax ecosystem spaces that we have every Wednesday, more or less, uh, when time permits. I think, you know, the space here and the people building here are awesome. Uh, so just really glad to be a part of the community. Glad I can provide some comic relief here and there. And maybe once in a while we'll build something. Uh, but yeah, no, we're, we're excited, uh, you know, for, for the progress that we're seeing with the avalanche ecosystem. Uh, the subnets are growing, you know, developers are here building, so it's really cool. Now, uh, I, I want the ecosystem to keep growing for avalanche. I hope they hire more dev res and bring more people to support these awesome builders so that they can build more cool shit. And I look forward to discovering these projects every Wednesday with you, buddy. Hey, hey. I look forward to doing it with you every Wednesday at 3:00 PM e s t, right here at Gogo Pool and Savvy Defi. And landslide. And landslide. Landslides. Not here today, guys, but Landslide is still here with us. And Spirit, spirit, spirit, always hear us. Oh man. Block pays. Hey, block pay real, real quick since you popped in, you cool to talk? Give me a heart if you cool to talk. If not, we wind it down. All right. No heart. No heart. All right, cool. We gonna keep winding down, everybody. All right. Next up. I know, I know. Alex, you didn't go to summit. Oh, wait. Gave me a heart. Gave me a heart. Hold on. Gave me a heart. I'm inviting you. Uh, Justin, I had you block pay. Um, feel free to go ahead and accept Yeah, who, who we got at the Helma Block Pay here. Hey guys. Hey guys. It's Emanuel here. It's Emanuel here. How are you? Hey. Hey. Hey. Man, everything's, everything's love, my friend. It's, uh, it's, it is good to talk. It's good to talk. I, it was amazing beating the whole team. Y'all good to cut? It was out there. Block pay came through like 20 deep to summit. Yes, man. Yes. We, uh, made, made a great day for there to show everyone what we are offering and, um, what we, um, what we are building here in Mexico, you know, and we came back home really fast and back to work because lot of things went, um, uh, went on the, on the, so now we are working on them. That, that's amazing, man. I, I'm glad that y'all had a, had a really good experience and able to get a, um, you know, interact with a lot of different projects and network and whatnot. What would you say would be your favorite experience at Avalanche Summit? My favorite experience at the Avalanche Summit, I think it was, uh, watching all of, all of the people, um, requesting for the service that we are offering. It was, for us, it was amazing because, uh, we could confirm that we are offering a good, a good product, a good service, and that it's a solution, a real solution for all, all the people that is involved into crypto, you know, and especially for the Avalanche community. So it was great. It was great feeling all the love, all the support, all of the. All of the people, including, including the, the Ava Labs, the Avala team, everyone with all, all a lot of support and a lot of love for us. So it was amazing for me, for me, and I think that for all of the team that, um, went, uh, from block pay, that was the best, best experience for sure. Every, every night we came back to our R Airbnb and we discussed the things and we got ready for the next day to, uh, um, uh, bring more, more cards and more shirts and all this stuff. So it was amazing. It was amazing. Hey, real quick, for anyone out there who's not kind of privy to what Block Pay is building, can you just give them a quick overview? Yeah, for sure. For sure. We are offering international preferred prepaid cards that can be found via crypto, especially, um, stable coins and other, other coins are breached under Aly. They work internationally. Internationally, actually, uh, another team that we just met at the Avalanche Summit that is Pacific Meta, I don't know them, but they are from Japan and they, uh, They went back home to Japan and they are already testing the carts and the service runs perfectly. It was one, one country that we haven't tested yet until, until Pacific Meta, um, um, could, could test, uh, the carts there. So they're working perfectly, working perfectly, and at this point we are implementing the found the founding via Stable Coins and other coins on, uh, Bridgestone Avalanche. So, um, just wait for the news, stay updated, follow us on Twitter and activate the notifications. Hey, really, really appreciate you for, you know, coming up on, on short notice and talking to the, you know, our AVAs community out there. I'm gonna have to get you guys back onto the AVAs ecosystem space as well so we can talk a little bit further about you. Great shit. Yeah, for sure. For sure. Every time we are invited, we are really thankful and with a big smile to talk, uh, to every, every, every person on the avalanche ecosystem that is interested. For sure. Hey, we really appreciate you. Block payment. What you guys are building is gonna be absolutely revolutionary. I actually have a, I have a card as well. I need to, you just remind, I need to actually activate it. Hey, lemme. We've been waiting, we've been waiting for the Go Pool team and nothing, nothing. We are asking here at the s all the everyday a it's Go Pool already on it. It's Go Pool already on and no, nothing, nothing. All right. I gotta, all right. I gotta act to my, my activate my asap. Only reason I was slightly holding off cause I think I wanna make some content around it cuz this and this is absolutely huge. Um, but I think I'm gonna a, yeah, I think I might activate it asap. Cuz you can also withdraw with the card too, right? Yeah, exactly. You can withdraw at any, any, um, any, uh, cashier, any um, ATM or Rev that basically are all of them. You can, you can withdraw hash. Oh yeah, that, that's, that's absolutely huge. Yeah. I don't need to hurry up and do that asap, man. Hey again, black. Hey, really, really appreciate you for popping up today. We were, we're in the midst of closing everything down, so, uh, but you definitely don't wanna miss, you know, what we talked about earlier, man. So the, the space is always recorded. And then for everyone out there, just letting you guys know, we do upload to Spotify and Apple Podcast and all that kind of a major P pod, um, uh, streaming platforms. So make sure you check us out there if you're kind of popping in towards the, the, the later time. Uh, I know Alex, you didn't actually go to Summit, but I still want to give you the space for any sort of closing remarks you may have. Did you have any my friend? Uh, yeah. I think I gotta book my ticket for next year is All, is is the main TLDR I got from this. Um, Oxy's always made me jealous about, uh, summit before, now I'm even more jealous. In fact, when Roman tried to come back and tell me how awesome it was, I said, dude, don't even talk to me. I, I'm just jealous. So, um, I guess I'll see you guys there next year. Let's go. Yeah. I was really sad to next to you, Alex. I was so sad, but yeah. Yeah. You gotta come man. It is. I it is like mind blowing how epic it is. Um, Gavin, you got any close remarks you want to tell to the people? My friend? Nah, I think I said at all. I think I said at all, like, uh, I'm really looking forward to the next one. Um, in the, in the mean. Oh yeah. Actually it is the, I mean in the terms of shilling, let me, let me share some alpha because. Tomorrow. Yeah. Awesome. Tomorrow we are gonna, we're gonna make an announcement, um, uh, publicly, uh, about one of the partnerships that we, uh, just, uh, closed, which is with Stay Cut, which will be integrated next week into Delta Prime, um, which allows you to get into concentrated liquidity from liquidity book from Trader to Joe, uh, talking about capital efficiency, the article's gonna be all, all about it. So, um, yeah, go read that one and, uh, come join us. Uh, apart from that, if you missed this Avalanche Summit and if you missed the last one, definitely mi uh, go to the next one. If you missed briefest description of the summit, go listen back to this, uh, panel ride here because it was spot on and, uh, you will feel the fo to get into it. That so, uh, thanks for having me.
