Speaker 1:

What you just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it, is now dumber for having listened to it. You don't know what that ought is, mr Trash. I'd show you, but I'm too old, I'm too tired, I'm too fucking blind. If I were the man I was five years ago, I'd take a flamethrower to this place.

Speaker 2:

Do you understand the words that are coming out?

Speaker 1:

of my mouth. You want answers. I think I'm entitled. You want answers, I want the truth.

Speaker 2:

You can't handle the truth. Oh, the truth shall always set you free. This is Tim. It's going to find law in the mad ramblings of a Gen Xer, and this today is officially the death of the American judicial system. Justice is now officially dead in this country because of the fact that you basically convicted a former president, whose political opponent is going to salivate at this moment, because of the fact that he can now refer to President Trump former President Trump as a convicted felon. It is idiocy and lunacy at its greatest. It's a kangaroo court full of misdemeanors that somehow became felonies. There was an underlying crime that we didn't even know about until the closing arguments.

Speaker 2:

I mean, I'm a registered independent and I've been a registered independent before. I've talked about it that I voted for Clinton, bill. That is twice. I voted for both Bushes. I voted for Trump two years or four, whatever it was, back in 2016. I voted for Trump two years or four, whatever it was, back in 2016. And I didn't vote in this election, this last election, because the fact that, honestly, I wasn't enamored with any of the candidates. But people always ask that question Are you better off now than you were four years ago? The answer is no, I'm not better off. No, I'm worse off.

Speaker 2:

And the whole charade of Alvin Bragg in this trial trying to make himself out to be a demigod in reference to getting Trump, because that's what him and Letitia James, that's what they ran on. Let's get Trump. Well, you did your job. You created crimes. You had a judge that was handpicked Like I said, he was a sitting judge, said he was not in the. He was a sitting judge. He was not in the. He was not in the pool of 24. Uh, that is randomly selected for some reason. He's on two trump cases and he's also on the albanian case, the banyan case. Somehow he just happened to get selected for that. He he is.

Speaker 2:

He is found guilty of 34 counts, but we really don't know what he's guilty of, because it's all bookkeeping and and it's all miscl and and some of it also is the fact that it's federal crimes in reference to which the federal government decided not to prosecute. But it's crazy, it's insanity at its finest and we had to wait until the closing arguments to find out what the hell the underlying crime was. And Judge Mershon also, at this point in time, basically had the instructions so convoluted that they were like listen, all you have to do is we're going to give you three crimes to choose from. You just have to say that he's guilty. You don't all have to agree that he's guilty of. From you just have to say that he's guilty. You don't all have to agree that he's guilty of what you just have to agree.

Speaker 2:

And the three crimes were violation of federal campaign finance laws, falsifying business records, violation of city, state and federal tax records. We didn't even know about the tax crime. We didn't know about that at all. But this is what happens when you are in a banana republic. We have truly lost our way as a nation.

Speaker 2:

Those that thought that Trump was going to lead us down into the path of oblivion should now look at this, should now look at these verdicts, should now look at these understandings of what exactly is happening here. Because what is happening here is a miscarriage of justice. Because what is happening here is a miscarriage of justice. You sat there and you literally made up crimes. You handpicked a judge and the judge we've said it before the judge's strike zone for the defense and the prosecution were monumentally different and, at the end of the day, you were supposed to sit there and believe that this was a fair Trump was never going to get a fair trial in New York Never, it was never going to happen. Everyone knew it. They tried to change the venue but, judge Merchant, no, you can't change the venues because of the fact you want to know why? Because we are rigging this. The justice system is now rigged. If a former president cannot get a fair trial in this country, how the fuck can any of us get one? This should be a wake-up call. This should be that moment, this should be your epiphany that just says what the hell is going on here. Where are we going in this world at this moment in time? The system is out of whack. Whack. You have people that are just running on. We're gonna go get someone because they have a political difference from someone else, and this is this is deemed okay, it's not even you know it's it's. I have a friend that used to be a federal judge that lives not too far from here and he actually sent me a couple of things, and we also had a young ward of the show, zachary, that sent me the same things.

Speaker 2:

Basically, judge Marchand violated the constitutional rights for Mr Trump. Under what is it? 18 US Code 240, conspiracy against rights, and he also violates the 18 US Code 242, deprivation of rights under color of law. These are the two things that were basically Trump was violated under by Judge Marchand we're not going to get into it today because of the fact that it's just crazy. The Code 242 basically reads whomever, under the color of any law, statute or ordinance, regulation or custom, willfully subjects any person in any state, territory, commonwealth, possession or district to deprivation of any rights, privileges or immunity secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of these United States, or to different punished pains or penalties by the Constitution or laws of these United States, or to different or different punished pains or penalties on the account of such person being an alien or by the reason of his color race, then they are prescribed for. The punishment of the citizen shall not shall be fined under the title or imprisoned for more than one year. Basically, they violated his rights because of the fact that he was a political opponent that they did not agree with.

Speaker 2:

There is justice for none here. You now live in a banana republic. How soon before they take over the airways, where the FCC finally starts taking over the airways? You know that's going to happen. You know that's coming up. We're going to have a better podcast tomorrow. Stay strong, everyone. Let's see what happens and let's run through this mess. This is Tim. Let's get off my lawn. Mad Amis of Gen X, I don't know you.
