The Business of Helping Others: Startup Builder Joseph Katz
The host, Steve, interviews Joseph Katz, a startup builder. Joseph says that he is passionate about solving puzzles and that startups are like puzzles to him. He enjoys the challenge of putting the pieces together and creating something new.
Joseph believes that the key to success in startups is to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating things. He says some startups fail because they try to make things too complex. He also believes that it is essential to build relationships with the people you work with.
Joseph says he typically starts working with a startup by building relationships with the founders and understanding their goals and objectives. He then helps them to put the foundation in place for their business, such as developing processes and procedures. He also helps them with marketing and sales.
Joseph says that he has been successful in helping startups grow because he focuses on building relationships and providing value. He says he is not interested in working with businesses just trying to copy what someone else is doing. He wants to work with companies doing something unique and challenging the status quo.
