Horror and Birth in Space! Alien (1979)

The seminal Science Fiction movie, Alien (1979), directed by Sir Ridley Scott is a masterclass in Gothic Horror filmmaking. The movie stars Tom Skerritt, Ian Holm, John Hurt, Yaphet Koto, Veronica Cartwright, Harry Dean Stanton, and of course…introduced the world to the immense talent of Sigourney Weaver!!

This is one of the best films ever, and also one of the best SciFi Horror films, and it is Gothic as hell!
