The short answer is no – the city of Sandpoint isn’t a good place to live if minimizing involuntary exposure to synthetic electromagnetic fields (EMF) is a priority. However, you might find a suitable location outside the city limits, thanks to the low population density and favorable terrain features.

---------

"A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished." Words to live by then and now from Proverbs 22:3 as rendered in the King James

This proverb emphasizes the wisdom in being cautious and avoiding potential danger, whereas those who are naive or careless face the consequences. It highlights the value of foresight and prudence in navigating life's challenges.

For those not aware, an intact electromagnetic environment is crucial for health in the 21st century. The earth's natural electromagnetic environment supports all life, but this balance is disrupted in Sandpoint by pervasive synthetic EMFs. Despite its natural beauty and recreational opportunities, Sandpoint poses significant challenges for those concerned about synthetic EMF exposure, but proper living is possible outside the city limits if you can find the right land.

Detailed discussion of the demographics, EMF realities and conclusions.

Helping you helping you reduce exposure to harmful man-made electromagnetic radiation in your home.

Speaker 1:

Here is the question for today.

Speaker 1:

Is Sandpoint, idaho, a good place to live from an EMF perspective? And the short answer is no. No, it is not a good place to live If minimizing involuntary exposure to synthetic EMF is a priority. Minimizing involuntary exposure to synthetic EMF is a priority. However, here's the thing you might be able to find a suitable location outside the city limits, like I have, thanks to the low population density and favorable terrain features. Coming up. Hi, this is Keith Cutter. With emfremedycom. I am the host of EMF Remedy Podcast, the most comprehensive and practical EMF education available anywhere. I draw on my 39 years of personal experience as a survivor and my ongoing work as an independent EMF consultant. I do a lot of assessment work before real estate transactions for existing homes, I do remediation work, I design new homes that are EMF resilient and I do one-on-one coaching via email, phone or Zoom.

Speaker 1:

So if you want to take a precautionary approach to your or your family's exposure, or if you urgently need to reduce your exposure levels, or you just want a little help either with a specific problem or maybe just getting started, I think I can help you. Get in touch with me through the contact form on emfremedycom website. Let's get started website. Let's get started. A prudent man foreseeth the evil and hideth himself, but the simple pass on and are punished. These are words to live by, then and now, from Proverbs 22.3, as rendered in the King James. Now, I will be the first to say when this proverb was first written down, nobody was concerned about synthetic EMF exposure. However, the wisdom is timeless. So this proverb really emphasizes the wisdom in being cautious and avoiding potential danger, whereas those who are naive I think that's most of the people or careless I think that's the vast majority of their remainder they face the consequences. So it highlights the value of both foresight and prudence in navigating life's challenges. So let me give some introductory remarks here.

Speaker 1:

Why am I talking about Sandpoint Idaho? Well, why am I talking about Sandpoint Idaho? Well, I've been doing more interviews and I sometimes talk about the majestic inland northwest. I think I've mentioned. The nearest city to where I live is Sandpoint, idaho, and it leaves people with the natural question is that where I should go? You know, should I pack up wherever city you're living in in America and move to Sandpoint? So I thought we'd spend a little bit of time today talking about the city of Sandpoint. And that's the question today is the city of Sandpoint a good place to live from an EMF perspective, and I'll also touch on outside- the city limits and the opportunities there.

Speaker 1:

So, we're going to do this in three parts. The first is just going to be sort of a general introduction to what am I talking about. If you're new for the podcast here and you don't understand why somebody would want to live in a special place, well welcome, and maybe check out some of my interviews with Shannon Rowan or Julia Lupine. People either run for their lives trying to find one of the few remaining natural places or they end up finding a pretty good place and shielding, and those are kind of the the options for those of us who have become sensitized to synthetic radiation. So I'll give a brief introduction to that and then I'm going to give some demographic information about what the heck is sandpoint.

Speaker 1:

Where is it and what is the you know? Give me a context for understanding it. I think I can paint a pretty good picture. And then we'll get into the specific information about Sandpoint and the city shepherds, the people on the city council and what's going on with regard to EMF exposures there, and then we'll tie it all up and make some comments about maybe living outside of town as well, make some comments about maybe living outside of town as well.

Speaker 1:

So, for those who are not aware, an intact electromagnetic environment is, I would say, crucial for health in the 21st century. Most people don't know it. They'll figure it out eventually. The Earth's natural electromagnetic environment supports all life, but this balance is disrupted in Sandpoint by pervasive synthetic EMFs. Sorry, but it's the truth. Despite its natural beauty and I'm telling you what it has a lot of natural beauty and the recreational opportunities Sandpoint poses significant challenges for those concerned about synthetic EMF exposure and you should hear that, as people who are really sensitive can't go there or sort of save up their resilience and dart into the city and grab what they need and run for their lives that kind of typifies.

Speaker 1:

Anyway, life on Earth is inseparable from electrical activity, with all living organisms relying on subtle electrical signals for critical biological processes like nerve impulses, muscle contractions, cellular communications, a lot more. So we've talked about Dr Robert Becker's groundbreaking work, the Body Electric, and it demonstrates the foundational role of natural electrical fields and biological health and healing, and similarly, Arthur Furstenberg's Invisible Rainbow provides a great context. It's a comprehensive history of electricity and life, highlighting and these are my words the incompatibility of synthetic EMF with organic life. Words, the incompatibility of synthetic EMF with organic life. These insights underscore the profound impact synthetic EMF can have on our health, emphasizing the importance of minimizing exposure to this poison in order to maintain well-being.

Speaker 1:

The natural electromagnetic environment is being increasingly overwritten by a synthetic version, optimized for silicone-based life forms, essentially the technology many choose to invest their lives into those portals that they stare into intently, with large portions of their time, rather than carbon-based life forms. So the proliferation of artificial EMFs from cell towers, Wi-Fi networks, power lines, smart meters. It creates a pervasive and harmful backdrop of radiation, often unnoticed by the general population. People who are well attuned to their environment often discern the impacts of synthetic EMF first For them. Man-made radiation can be easily and, unfortunately, painfully detected, causing symptoms ranging from headaches and sleep disturbances to severe health issues.

Speaker 1:

This creates a pressing need for living spaces free from harmful EMFs. The reckless spread of harmful man-made electromagnetic radiation necessitates the identification and establishment of safe havens where individuals can live without constant EMF exposure. These safe places are critical for maintaining health and well-being in an increasingly electrified world. In an increasingly electrified world, we're going to talk about Sandpoint demographics a little bit. So Sandpoint is in the panhandle of Idaho, maybe 50 miles from the Canadian border, and it's a small city with a population of about 8,400 residents according to the most recent census data. The city is located in.

Speaker 1:

Bonner County and serves as the county seat. Sandpoint covers a total land area of about 4.79 miles, which is a small fraction of. Bonner County's expansive 1,919 square miles. That's a big county right. The terrain of Sandpoint is characterized by its picturesque setting along the shores of Lake Pend Oreille, with the Selkirk and Cabinet Mountain ranges providing a stunning backdrop.

Speaker 1:

The city itself features a mix of urban and suburban landscapes with a charming yeah that's the right word charming downtown area and residential neighborhoods surrounded by lush forests and waterfront views no kidding, I mean gorgeous. In contrast, bonner County's terrain is predominantly rugged and mountainous and believe me, ladies and gentlemen, that's what you need to survive.

Speaker 1:

That's called terrain, with vast areas of forested land, numerous lakes and rivers. The county offers diverse outdoor recreational opportunities, including hiking, boating, skiing and fishing. The natural beauty of both Sandpoint and Bonner County attracts residents and visitors alike, making the region a sought-after destination for those who appreciate outdoor activities and scenic vistas. You know we're talking hunting and fishing, and hiking and whatever you enjoy doing in nature.

Speaker 1:

One of the main attractions near Sandpoint is Schweitzer Mountain Resort, a renowned ski area located 11 miles northwest of the city. Schweitzer boasts over 2,900 acres of skiable terrain, offering 92 named runs that cater to all skill levels, from beginner to expert. Runs that cater to all skill levels, from beginner to expert. The resort features modern amenities, including high-speed chairlifts, comprehensive ski school and a variety of dining and lodging options. In addition to winter sports, whiteser provides summer activities like mountain biking, hiking, scenic chairlift rides, making it a year-round destination. Are you getting a picture of what this county looks like? Lake Pend Oreille, one of the largest and deepest lakes in the United States borders.

Speaker 1:

Sandpoint to the southeast. The lake spans 148 square miles and reaches depths of over 1150 feet. Its clear, pristine waters offer a myriad of educational activities, including boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboard's our new thing here. The lake is also home to a variety of wildlife, and its shores are dotted with parks, beaches and marinas. Farragut State Park, located on the southern tip of Lake Pend Oreille, provides additional opportunities for camping, hiking and wildlife viewing. The combination of the lake's natural beauty and recreational opportunities enhances Sandpoint's appeal as a place to live and to visit. Now I gotta tell you, sandpoint is experiencing an unprecedented influx of newcomers, basically fleeing from other states in the.

Speaker 1:

US from other states in the US. Many of these new residents are seeking a more peaceful, less densely populated area with abundant natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities.

Speaker 1:

This influx has contributed to a growing and diversifying population, bringing new energy and economic growth to the region, bringing new energy and economic growth to the region, and I would add higher real estate prices and out-of-control property taxes. To be honest, however, it also poses challenges, including increased demand for housing, services and infrastructure, as well as concerns about preserving the area's unique character and natural environment amidst rapid development. Now, ironically, it's typically the newcomers who both listen to this, contribute to the increase in synthetic EMF and have a better understanding of its dangers than the locals. I mean, what a crazy situation. All right, so now we're going to talk specifically exactly what's going on challenge-wise in Sandpoint from an EMF perspective. So today, the city council of Sandpoint appears well, I guess the kindest thing I could say is indifferent to the harmful nature of synthetic EMF.

Speaker 1:

Despite mounting evidence of the adverse health effects associated with synthetic EMF exposure, the city's leadership continues to permit and even promote technologies that increase involuntary and that's really my concern, guys. And that's really my concern, guys. We're talking about leadership continuing to permit and even promote technologies that increase involuntary personal exposure to this type of harmful radiation. This includes the indiscriminate placement of cell phone towers. Additionally, there's the widespread installation of so-called smart, which, as you know by now, means radiation emitting meters. Smart meters are radiation emitting meters for not only the electric but also the water and gas on homes and businesses. And guess what? There is no provision whatsoever for an opt-out. Talk about a backwards situation, it's just. It's unbelievable to me. Furthermore, the proliferation of various other RF emitting technologies exacerbates the issue. And on the low frequency side because you guys, it's not all about just RF the city of Sandpoint, above ground electrical transmission and distribution lines within the city limits contribute to the overall EMF exposure. I'm not saying you can't find a neighborhood, somewhere with below ground.

Speaker 1:

But anyway, perhaps the most glaring example of the city's total ignorance or apathy I don't know which it is of the harm from synthetic EMFs is their tone-deaf use of RF-emitting solar-powered trash cans in the city center. Are you with me, the city fathers? In their infinite wisdom I'm being sarcastic their total ignorance of EMF radiation harm, they put in solar-powered trash cans in the city center. Now, conventional garbage cans have how much EMF? Oh, zero, zero EMF emissions. Yet the city chose to replace them with expensive. I don't really care about that. Solar-powered, I don't really care about that. Smart that's the problem. Smart means yes. What does it mean? Radiation emitting Smart trash cans, radiation emitting trash cans that will now and always radiate radiofrequency radiation forever and ever impacting our children and our grandchildren indefinitely.

Speaker 1:

That's certainly not the biggest exposure in town, but it just illustrates so well the ignorance or indifference, doesn't it? Now, arguably, the crown jewel of Sandpoint's charm, which is called City Beach, is served, and you guys know that's a code word in the 21st century for involuntary radiation exposure. City Beach is now, and has been for several years, served by Wi-Fi. You can't get away from it, making it uninhabitable for my sensitive clients. So you've got this beautiful crown jewel of Sandpoint and it can't be accessed by people who care about their family exposure or people who can't endure such exposure. So these clients have great difficulty spending time in Sandpoint, often needing to get in and out of the city with all haste. I mean, people will save up all week their resilience, you know and then just grin and get into the city and get out due to the massive RF exposures and they are massive exposures. Is New York City higher? Well, of course it is. That's uninhabitable as well. La, of course it's higher. The shame of it is it doesn't have to be here. Both of the grocery stores within the city limits require involuntary millimeter wave RF exposures not associated with vehicular radar on certain roads in the city of Sandpoint. A great irony is that Sandpoint has an excellent natural food store Love it. But it's across the street from a cell tower, making access either difficult or impossible for people who can't or won't tolerate high-intensity, though currently lawful radiofrequency radiation exposures.

Speaker 1:

The city's library makes are you ready? No accommodation for sensitive individuals and is flooded with Wi-Fi radiation. You know what it's like having a nice library in your town and not being able to set foot in it or spend a relaxing time in it. To set foot in it or spend a relaxing time in it. For those of you who don't understand this concept, check out Dr Martin Paul's report. Published research. Wi-fi is an important threat to human health and the public. Schools don't want to be left out. They provide involuntary radiation exposure for children all day, every day, with Wi-Fi, even though there are safer and more secure and less costly ways of implementing Internet. Oh, the kids get to be bathed in an unnatural sea of RF radiation for Wi-Fi.

Speaker 1:

The city council chambers, likewise, are infected with Wi-Fi, thus inaccessible for residents wishing to protect their children or themselves. You know, form a mental picture. Imagine they put the city council on Mount Olympus and you're in a wheelchair at the base and you want to participate in a city council meeting, You've got no chance right, pushing your wheelchair up Mount Olympus so you can be a part of that. It's exactly the situation that they've set up, and the people who most need to have a voice are those who are being impacted by the radiation. But filling the city council chambers with that type of radiation, hey, they don't hear objections because the people who are wise or prudent wouldn't go in. Can't go in some of them. So I know of no cafes in Sandpoint that are void of RF radiation emitting tech. Even my beloved City Beach Organic and Bluebird Bakery serve a mandatory order of Wi-Fi radiation along with their fare. A mandatory order of Wi-Fi radiation along with their fare.

Speaker 1:

The smart street lights popping up around Sandpoint and its implementation Sandpoint's implementation of fiber internet, are also points of concern For those sensitive to synthetic EMFs or who simply wish to minimize their exposure. The city's policies and practices and the policies and practices of local businesses create an environment that's increasingly difficult to navigate. The pervasive presence of EMF-emitting devices and infrastructure makes it challenging to find safe places within the city limits. So what about building a shielded home? Would that enable safe living in Sandpoint. The answer depends on individual needs. A properly designed shielded home will significantly reduce exposure levels, potentially achieving ideal conditions in the most isolated parts of town. However, the city offers no guarantees against the future placement of cell towers or other RF emitting technologies, and there is no way to achieve ideal RF exposure levels outdoors. So what I'm saying is, if you go through the time, energy and expense to implement an RF shielded home in Sandpoint, yes, you can experience less RF radiation, for example exposure. So that's a good thing. But if across the street they put up a cell tower, guess what?

Speaker 1:

you're not going to have ideal level exposures in your home anymore, because no shielding is perfect and even if they don't park a cell phone tower next door if you need or if you want ideal levels of exposure that you would have at a shielded home, you're not going to have them in your garden or your backyard, so life gets pretty small when you can't leave your house at all.

Speaker 1:

Therefore, while a shielded home might offer some relief, it can't provide comprehensive protection in an environment with pervasive and, I would add, unpredictable future sources. So where does this all leave us with regard to Sandpoint? The city of Sandpoint, once a beautiful jewel, has become uninhabitable For those who need protection from the reckless spread of harmful man-made EMF. Sure, this is no different than any other city in the US, but it is a terrible shame given Sandpoint's otherwise natural beauty. This situation underscores the urgent need for greater awareness and more responsible decision-making by local authorities, prioritizing public health over technological convenience. But maybe most of all, for people to stop valuing their tech. But maybe most of all, for people to stop valuing their tech above their lives and the lives of their children and their grandchildren. Despite hopes for future improvement, the current city council exhibits a profound ignorance and a complicit posture akin to the captured agency phenomenon seen at federal and state levels.

Speaker 1:

Shame on you. Shame on you. Moreover, local businesses and the majority of residents continue to place digital convenience and conformity above health and life, further exacerbating the problem. Outside the city of Sandpoint, a relatively better life may still be attained, at least for now, in certain areas of Bonner and Boundary counties if, and only if, you can secure land protected from terrestrial RF by terrain features.

Speaker 1:

However, you can't count on enlightened neighbors or supportive county commissioners. Living in such a place might allow you to decrease sensitivity and increase resilience, enabling periodic trips into Sandpoint. So that is my semi-exhaustive look at Sandpoint, with brief mention of the surrounding area. The only long-term protection any of us have folks from terrestrial RF radiation sources in this insane upside-down reality in which we're living is the effective use of terrain whether in the Sandpoint area surrounding Bonner County, boundary County, kootenai County, any of the surrounding areas.

Speaker 1:

It is the only long-term survival tactic that any of us really have. So I hope this has been helpful. And you know this is not an advertisement to come to Bonner County, but if you're looking for some place, I think it's one of the better you know. Any place that has really impressive terrain features you're going to have to look. It's going to take some effort. By the way, I've been spending some time with people doing a little one-on-one coaching on this, so I've put together a sort of a presentation that at least helps people understand what do I mean by terrain features, what kinds of things am I looking for and where can I find it and what will it mean and what will that have to do with convenience of access and all those things. But I hope this has been helpful and now I'm going to get outside and enjoy this lovely summer sunny day.

Speaker 1:

So take care to protect you and your loved ones. If you've been given the knowledge and the awareness that synthetic EMF is harmful, with that comes responsibilities and you really can't rely on anybody to fix this. You're going to have to take definitive answers, definitive actions for yourself and your loved ones. A prudent man foreseeth the evil and hideth himself, but the simple pass on and are punished. All right, look forward to seeing you next time. Keith Cutter emfremedycom. See you next time.
