Italian Born School Friend:- Antonella and Claudia

Antonella and Claudia are high school friends who recently reunited in Adelaide. Antonella migrated to Adelaide with her family at the age of 12. She discusses her immersion into her new Australian high school and the lifelong friends she made with other Italian daughters of immigrant parents. 

They discuss how her parent's decision to immigrate and her Italian heritage have greatly influenced her life destiny and passion. 

Now living in Melbourne, she owns an immersion travel agency and brings groups of people back to her hometown in Umbria to share her love of the Italian culture and the unique traditions and language her country town has to offer. 

Antonella and Claudia also talk extensively about all things growing up as ethnic women in Adelaide and the positive aspects of their culture passed onto their children
