It is almost summer here in Australia which means it can be very challenging to meet those fluid goals. Between the kids finishing school, work and the many commitemnts that come at the holiday season, getting enough fluid can be a challenge.
In today's episode, I go through some great strategies to ensure you're hydrated and limiting the risk of dehydration. I have some simple but easy strategies for increasing fluid and go through what those "frothies" are after weight loss surgery.
