Ramadhan is a spiritual month where we break from worldly pleasures - as we know; these include food, water, intimacy and vulgar talk - whilst conversely, increasing our Taqwa, piety and awareness of oneself, and connecting with Allah (swt).

The month of Ramadhan is one of restriction. However, with a gastric sleeve or bypass it is harder to maintain an adequate protein intake. In today's episode, I discuss how you can reach all your nutrient needs without compromising your post-bariatric surgery health.
