At The Butcher you can also find the best spices, marinades, grilling supplies, and even very nice merchandise. Justin is an outstanding cook, especially on the grill. He is the guy you wanna ask questions about how to prepare your meat, cooking temps, etc. If your lucky enough to live within driving distance, you really should check them out.
