My life has been full of struggles, especially the last 9 years, H.E.L.P. Is about my experiences in life and what I did to get through it all. Im a recovering addict with almost 9 years of sobriety as well as a two time cancer survivor which happened while in recovery. I’ve learned a lot of stuff about myself these past 9 years and I want to share how I not only got through it all, but kept growing personally, spiritually and emotionally at the same time. Essentially sharing my experience, strength and hope. 🙏❤️💯

Today I take a min to honour my dear friend Kody. Its been a tough week and this is part of how I process the loss of someone close to me.
