Unpacking Ananias, Sapphira and Biblical Generosity

This week we're jumping into one of the more dramatic sections of Acts with the beginning of chapter 5. 
Did God strick Ananias and Sapphira dead for lying? 
What actually happened in those moments and how does it reflect the heart and character of God? 
Does this mean we should fear that God will get angry with our actions and lash out?
