A Conversation with Lydie Laperal-Rocha, ACC
In this episode, I had an insightful conversation with Lydie Laperal-Rocha, Global leadership Coach and founder of Key2int. Lydie was born in France in a Franco-Belgian-Spanish family, making multicultural fluency part of her DNA!
Her academic journey includes earning a Global BBA from ESSEC French Business School and an MBA in International Trade from Paris Sorbonne University.
With over 25 years of experience in international executive roles, she has a proven track record of establishing businesses and effectively managing teams on a global scale. Having traveled to and worked in more than 40 countries, she has lived in Paris, Shanghai, and Chicago before making San Diego her home in 2019.
Lydie is a certified Executive Coach holding an ICF ACC credential, as well as certifications in EQi and Hogan assessments.
She primarily focuses on empowering global leaders and multicultural teams to maximize their performance while fostering an inclusive and engaging culture.
