A Conversation with Rodney Jackson, PCC
In this episode, I sit down with Rodney Jackson, the Founder and President of Caleb Consulting Group. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation with fifteen years of evidence-based executive coaching experience. Rodney provides innovative approaches to allow individuals and groups to identify problems and develop plans for greater effectiveness and fulfillment. Using proven adult learning methods, participants are always fully engaged with actions to take back and apply on the job.
Prior to founding The Caleb Consulting Group in 2006, Rodney’s career included roles as Executive Director, Training and Organizational Effectiveness Director, Human Resources Director, and National Training Manager. He works across many sectors, including technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, animal science, medical devices, insurance, defense, and non-profits.
