Ep. 25 - A Conversation with Shannon Breen
With the recent closure of Convoy's freight brokerage among other rumors of "freight tech" companies being at risk, I wanted to have an honest and tactful conversation with Shannon, the Co-CEO and founder of FreightVana, a tech enabled 3PL that has ranked in the Freighttech 100. We will discuss questions shippers can ask companies to better understand their financial health and the security of their business models. We will discuss where and how technology fits into the brokerage landscape, and what to look for and look out for.
