After two long months I am back from moving across the country.   In this episode I give you a quick update on my recent move to California and start off by revisiting past discussions on imposter syndrome in the previous episode. Today's episode is going to focus on shifting from a 'one day' mentality to 'day one,' encouraging you to make mindset and attitude changes that support goal achievement. This episode also highlights the importance of taking yourself seriously, despite external doubts, navigating negative comments from others, and incorporating non-negotiable daily tasks. Lastly, I touch base on the  significance of kind self-talk and maintaining faith in God throughout the journey. Yes it's hard, but you can do hard things!
