Andre “Debonaire” McNeal
Andre "Debonaire" McNeal is a Chicago native who relocated to Minneapolis over 25 years ago.
Debonaire is the CEO of Bachelor Boy Entertainment Group and The Doorstep Foundation. As an
event curator, he is the sole proprietor of First Friday's Twin Cities, and hosts weekly social
events throughout the Twin Cities such as The After Work Jump Off, Casual Friday’s and SOS.
For 10 years, he volunteered as an on-air personality at KMOJ radio. Currently, he hosts and
serves as the Master of Ceremonies for programs across the Twin Cities annually, such as
Bridges to Manhood, The Sickle Cell-abration MN and the Mother and Son Gala.

Dr. Zakia Robbins-McNeal
Dr. Robbins-McNeal hails from North Philadelphia, where her understanding of the challenges children face in urban settings developed first-hand. Her desire to serve others blossomed through dance education. Dr. Robbins-McNeal's research interests began while working toward her Master’s at Chestnut Hill College, where she investigated a strength- based approach for families coping with ADHD. She helped develop an innovative pilot program for children affected by ADHD and other mental and behavioral health diagnosis’, which has blossomed into a leading model of service delivery in the Philadelphia area. Dr. Robbins-McNeal is a college educator, therapist, coach, academic advisor, author and public speaker.
