Herefordshire Young Farmers - Ernie and Max - Shepherd and President

Ernie a shepherd in the Welsh hills and mountains has just finished this year's lambing season.  He tells us all about his job, and how Young Farmers has helped him with his career so far, and his work with the Welsh Assembly. 

Max a current President of a Young Farmers Club in Herefordshire reflects on how farming has changed since he was a teenager  and his views on the future in farming including his next task as President.
