Kate Ivey is the founder and a trainer at DediKate, the online fitness community for rural and regional women, mums and those that don't have time for the gym. She lives on a farm in New Zealand with her husband and 3 kids. Kate and her DediKate team help women all over NZ and Australia to look after themselves and exercise for the physical and mental health benefits. Their short and effective online workouts enable women to fit exercise into their busy lives!
