EP 36. Mistakes Were Made
We are back with another episode, and today’s is all about football. We are diving into the NCAA review of week one and a preview of week two. There are some adjustments to be made on last week's predictions, based on what has transpired since then. It’s also time to get into the preview of week one in the NFL.
Georgia started off slow, likely due to the team coming off the last season and wanting to be in a more serious game. North Carolina had a pretty good game, and South Carolina could be doing a lot better if they would just tighten up their offensive line.
Based on what we saw this last week in NCAA, we think Penn State will be number one since they performed the best.However, they have competition since Ohio State, Utah, and Tennessee also played really well. Pops was really disappointed at Leonard Taylor in the Miami game, and had expected him to play tougher.
Coming up in the NFL, we have a few predictions there as well. The Dolphins and the Chargers will face off in what we anticipate will be a hugely competitive game with the Dolphins taking the win. The Raiders and the Broncos will play each other, and Pops believes the Raiders will win that game hands down.
We’ll see how last week’s predictions and this week's new predictions for the NCAA play out over the coming week. It’ll be an intense week moving into week one of the NFL and there’s bound to be some interesting things happening there as well.
