Today, we are sitting down with Nick Pancheau, Principal-in-Charge, Architect, President at Collaborative Design Architects. Growing up working in construction with his dad, Nick learned the value and importance of a strong work ethic. On this episode we talk about leadership, tips for cultivating a strong collaborative team, and how to instill confidence in team members to foster a culture of learning and growth. We discuss how to be a good employee and how to be a great employee. We dive into his passion for architecture, the “dance of the process”, and the legacy of their work for generations to experience for years to come.
