What? About What? Why? Why Would I?

A concierge said this to me recently at one of the nicest hotels in California. We were late to the party - there was not much she could do to give us what we wanted anyways. But we tipped her for trying and thanked her for her service.

When we checked out the front desk told us that we were some of the nicest guests they have ever had.  I don't think this is because that is true, I think it is about comparison and the high level of expectation that comes along with the high cost of very nice hotels.

What if it could be enough? What if we did not raise our voices or our volume when we don't agree or like something? Why are people wired this way? Why is it okay to yell at people? Isn't yelling bad behavior on the part of the person yelling?

I unpack this and more in today's LIVE minisode.
