Lisa McCrohan, MA, LCSQ-C, SEP is an Integrative Coach, Somatic Experiencing Psychotherapist, author, and poet. She works with clients all over the world to follow what delights their hearts and lead a life they deeply love - at home and in business. 

 She is the author of two books: Gems of Delight and Your Light is Rising. She is the producer and host of a podcast called Delightful - where science and psychology meet spirituality and creativity. She has over 25 years of experience in guiding organizations and individuals through an integrative approach to healing, working, and living. Lisa lives in Middletown, Maryland with her husband, two children, and their dog, Sherlock, with the mountains outside their back door.
