Today on our first episode we dig into my struggles with quality of sleep, mood swings, coming up with morning and night routines to create healthy structure and positivity. I open up about my struggles with adderall addiction, self sabotage,  and lack of passion and purpose.  My life-coach Tommy Canale guides me on this path and allows me to see things from a different perspective.  Come along with me on my journey as there will be ups and downs and raw transparency.
