More about Cristina: 
Cristina is an international valuation expert and business strategist, specializing in transformative work with companies, organizations, and business owners. She determines business value and crafts strategies for growth, value maximization, and strategic pivots across diverse industries such as cannabis, life sciences, tech, professional services, consumer goods, and others. 

An entrepreneur at heart, Cristina embarked on her business journey and founded her first business while pursuing her dual JD/MBA Degree. Since then, she has successfully launched and led several ventures spanning tech, health and wellness, and the cannabis industry. Notable among her current endeavors are Sparkvation Consulting, an international business strategy firm, and EmPHorium, a Philippine product showroom and global business center. She also runs Spark Grant Writers, a subsidiary of Sparkvation Consulting, which specializes in grant writing and fundraising for nonprofit organizations. 

Cristina's commitment to community extends beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits. She has actively contributed to non-profit organizations in leadership roles, serving as part of the board of directors. Additionally, her role as a mentor for incubator programs in Asia, Europe, and Latin America underscores her dedication to fostering global entrepreneurial talent. She recently founded Queen Tribe Ventures, a nonprofit organization specializing in fostering access to funding to women entrepreneurs worldwide. This project was successfully funded as part of a U.S. Department of State Grant. 

Cristina received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Business from UCLA and a JD/MBA from Penn State University. She is also a certified mediator through the Orange County Human Relations Mediation Program. 

Cristina's holistic approach, combining formal education with personal and professional experiences, reflects her overarching purpose - budling and nurturing companies and communities to become the best version of themselves.
