This quote nailed it for me, “We are spiritual beings having a human experience.” When I first heard this, it was from my therapist and it forever changed my human experience. My soul received the nod of readiness from me and then absolutely everything changed. That’s what this podcast is about: exploring, discovering, growing, expanding our conscious awareness as souls, talking about this with everyday people that are on/in any phase of this experience.
