Speaker 2:

Hello and welcome to the City of Tristus Park. I'm your host, Levin Charles Irwin Irwin. Today is going to be talking about Peace and Hope. That's what today's sermon is all about. Now for an open prayer. Dear Lord, may my words be the powerful of your words and your glory to somebody who's out there listening to hear your message. Amen. Now for the scriptures of the day. It's gone from Robyn, Chapter 5.

Speaker 3:

Since we have been justified through faith. We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith, into this grace in which we now stand and we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance, perseverance, character and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die, but God demonstrated his own love for us in this while we were still sinners. Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through him? For if, while we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life? Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation. Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man and death through sin, and in this way, death came to all people because all sinned. To be sure, sin was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not charged against anyone's account where there is no law. Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who is a pattern of the one to come.

Speaker 3:

But the gift is not like the trespass, for if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God's grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, jesus Christ, overflowed to the many?

Speaker 3:

Nor can the gift of God be compared with the result of one man's sin. The judgment followed one sin and brought condemnation, but the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification. For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God's abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, jesus Christ? Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people. For just as through the disobedience of the one man, the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man, the many will be made righteous. The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase, but where sin increased, grace increased, all the more so that just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ, our Lord.

Speaker 2:

Day speaking God the word for the day. Now for our prayers. Sorry, friends, for so long to get back on this podcast. I need some time to rest and reflect. Last Sunday we pray a good farewell to Red's. Last Sunday Her name was Dr Wendy Robinson, the former superintendent of the Fort Wayne Community Schools, the one who gave me hope and the one who got me through school life. I will miss her daily accruesments through email. May you read some peace. This is Dr Robinson. Amen. Now for the Lord. Prayer Our Father, who art thou in heaven. Hallowed be thy name. Thy name is came to come. Thy word be done. Thy earth is in heaven. Give us a day, our day to pray and forgive us our trespasses, and forgive those who trespass against us. And we have termed taintations, but the latest meal, thy is kingdom and the power and the glory for ever and ever. Amen. Now for the sermon. Here we bring the condassion.

Speaker 1:

Why are there so many Songs about rainbows and what's on the other side? Rainbows are visions, but only illusions, and rainbows have nothing to hide. So we've been told, and some choose to believe it. I know they're all white and blue. Some they will find in the rainbow connection the lovers, the dreamers and me, who said that every wish Would be heard and answered, and wished on the morning star. Somebody thought of that and someone believed it. Look what it's done so far. What's so amazing that keeps us star-easing and what do we think we might see? Some they will find in the rainbow connection the lovers, the dreamers and me. All of us under its spell. We know that it's probably magic.

Speaker 1:

Have you been ever sweet? Have you heard voices? I've heard them calling my name. Is it the sweetest sound? That only goes there. The voice might be one and the same. I've heard it too many times to ignore it. It's something that I'm supposed to be. Some they will find in the rainbow connection the lovers, the dreamers and me La la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la la.

Speaker 2:

Amen, amen, amen, get it. Lord, give us peace and hope every day. Mark the Lictor King said that we need peace and hope to overcome everything. That's why there is peace in Genesis. Pariahs here in Fort Oray, the forgotten space from Mark the Lictor King, jury I. His first public speaking was here in Fort Oray, indiana, about peace and hope. We need to live a day with Jesus Christ every day. Jesus said on the Mount of Temple I am not giving you life, I am giving you peace and life through me. You come to me, I will give you peace Every day. Give me your, your hungry, give me your sick and I will heal them, I will feed them and I will give them peace. I found peace this On my time off from this podcast so I could start reflating the bear wife.
