Soft Girl Era
I’m using the term “Soft Girl Era” bc it’s being used a lot but I’m not targeting only feminine or female presenting people but how we as a collective can be more in touch with more forgiving and gentle energy.
Softness to me is meeting all the moments where I’d usually beat myself up or force myself to do something I didn’t want to do truly, and meet it with the space to feel those feelings and tender to the moment. Softness is like wrapping yourself up in a warm blanket (physically, mentally, or emotionally) in moments of hard times
