things i've learned at 20

hi, this is my birthday episode and it feels so raw. i had to take a break due to health reasons but thank you for being with me now.
this year i really choose me and lead with my heart, i'll continue to do this for years to come but i am so grateful i made this choice. it has lead me to such high highs and lows that i could finally hold myself in. 
Turning another year older can be scary at times but i am so grateful.
