In this episode, my long-lost friend Ophelia Welsch joins me from the Aussie land down under. You know when a BIIIIIIG catch-up sesh is long overdue? XD The two biggest party girls turned in our solo cups for guasha-ing and early mornings. Growth Needs Grounding. We now willingly choose delayed gratification > over instant gratification. Who are we?! We simultaneously entered our 30 days of sobriety era a few months ago. One of us is now almost 3 months sober (over 1 month at the time we recorded) and the other had a drinking date planned for day 31... Together we work our way through coming out of our hardships stronger than ever. (#Igotdepression) We both explored the world first but it was time to finally look inward and explore ourselves.
