Speaker 3Blah, blah, blah. But this past week I mean the heat, the heat, it's torture.
Speaker 1It's been brutal. But I think it's been brutal basically throughout the entire us and europe, yeah, a lot of places because everybody's writing in and commenting on our dms and everything, saying how hot it is where they live their territories. So we're not alone is a good thing. Yeah, it's nice to not be alone. Let's banter for the week. Here we go.

Speaker 1So we had not one audition, not two auditions, three auditions. Three auditions, and so I'm going to go in order.

We did not do any content or anything, but I just need to talk about it. We went to some place that used to be our absolute favorite. Yes, in New York City, it's called Ruby Rosa. Speaker 1Mm-hmm. Now, I don't think we've been there in a year.
Speaker 3No, it's been a little more than a year, I think.
Speaker 1Okay, it used to be the best restaurant in New York City.
Speaker 3We went this week. I wouldn't say it's the best restaurant, but it definitely was on our list of tops.
Speaker 1We loved it, yeah, yeah, it was just amazing. We went this week and, guys, it wasn't even photo worthy. It was so disappointing. The epic pizzas we used to take photos with are now paper thin, as we used to take photos with are now paper thin, and like the guy came out from the back with this like looks like a ketchup or mustard squeeze jar and like just squeezed the pesto sauce on the pizza and I was like wait, what? It was really bad. It was just like I mean, the people were nice, but I do not recommend anyone eating there and it's so touristy. Now I felt like we were the only new yorkers and everyone was tourists, just there for the pizza, and the pizza is not even what it used to be.
Speaker 3well, I mean the tie-dye pizza, that's what we're talking about with the pesto on it, and you know I am. I was a huge fan of the tie-dye pizza. Yeah, that's what we're talking about, with the pesto on it, and you know I was a huge fan of the tie-dye pizza.

Speaker 3And they completely changed it and it was just terrible.
Speaker 1Flat. It's paper, thin crust now. It used to be so fluffy and beautiful looking and now I'm just like this is not good. It's just really not good. So had to say that, and that's why you didn't see any content, because I was like I'm not taking content. This is not worthy, not of Tink, not of me.
Speaker 3It just did not. It's just different, and I honestly never want to go back there, which makes me sad Because I used to.
Speaker 1It was our favorite. It was one of my favorites. Yeah, tink had been there way before I was born a thousand times, and I think I've only been there once, but I can compare it to the last time I was there. Things change. I give it four paws down is what.
Speaker 3I give it, it just got way too touristy and I think from the whole point of how they sell the sauce now, yeah, it's really weird, it's really weird.
Speaker 1So, anyway, then yesterday we spent the day at the spa. Finally, finally, I'm telling you I love spa days, me too, and my nails were so long Like they were curling, I think, I don't know, but it just feels so good to go to the spa.
Speaker 3Oh, yes, and I just smell so fabulous right now, like my cut is just perfect.
Speaker 1It's pristine, yeah, it's chiseled and perfect. And my ears are on fleek. They are, yeah, mine are too. So that was yesterday and then today, guess what. So we had three auditions, and I already booked one of them.
Speaker 3You did Belle, woo-hoo, you bookie, book booked.
Speaker 1I booked. I am booked, booked it. So I am excited because this is going to be two days for me next week, not one, but two. So I am doubly excited, and it's possible we book the other two jobs too. Still, still waiting to hear. Yep, I'm so excited. So that was our week. It was a good week, other than, don't go to the Ruby Rosa. We highly don't recommend. Yeah, so highly not recommended, but excited to be on a shoot next week.
Speaker 3Yes. Yeah, and living that dog model life.
Speaker 1Mm-hmm and actor.
Speaker 3Dog actor life.
Speaker 1Yeah, because it's not something that I can't tell, but it's not print work, so I'm not modeling, I'm acting. Yes, you are, yeah, yeah, so it'll be fun, but I can't say what it is, as you know.
Speaker 1I know, but I get two days of it and that's all. Ting's glad. She's like peace out. I don't need that one, but it's weird. I mean I understand, but we go up for the same jobs because we're both small pups so we have double the chance of one of us booking it. But we also are competing against each other, so it's a little weird. But I think Tink is Tink booked the last one, I think, didn't she?
Speaker 1Yeah, tink, booked the last one, so it was my turn. Yeah, so we go back and forth, but at least our chances are double as good because there's two of us going on each audition.

Well, our first story obviously having to do with the queen, of course, um, and it is that travis Kelsey says Taylor, this is for you as he takes home karaoke award. After belting out White Snake, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end showed off his vocal skills at a karaoke competition during the American Century Championship charity golf tournament.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 3Travis Kelsey is dedicating a special award to his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.

Speaker 3Well, apparently the Kelsey brothers attended the American Century Championship charity golf tournament at Lake Tahoe, nevada, and Travis 34, made sure to show off his vocal skills yet again as he took the stage for a karaoke contest after belting out Whitesnake's 1982 hit. Here I Go Again. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end was named the karaoke winner and he said that's probably because no one else got up to do it. No, but he said that he made sure to give Taylor a shout-out.

And I said, oh well, honestly, in the beginning I was like woohoo, yay, finally, taylor, great, amazing. And then suddenly I'm like no, no, no. So then, after he put himself in her show, I was like I'm very concerned now. And you know what she said, me too. She goes. But I think all the swifties are very protective right now of taylor and feeling like we're feeling. I'm like I hope so, because I thought I was the only one. Yeah, so I'm not alone, it's a lot, he's a lot and I think he just wants to be in the spotlight.

But this didn't help him on my list because I bet nobody else competed in that, because most people wouldn't act silly yeah, true there's a golf outing. That's a professional thing anyway, move on.
Speaker 3okay, we're moving on to a story that is kind of a Swifty story, but not With. Brittany Mahomes is pregnant, expecting third baby with husband Patrick Mahomes. Sorry, this thing keeps you know all these pop ups, okay.

However, it was in her fellow Real Housewives of New York City alum assessment that she realized she may have been used for the likes. Oh, come on, when I watched her TikTok, she made a whole TikTok about the situation the next day. That's where I picked up and went uh, now you used your daughter to bridge the gap between us, right? Lucep says, referring to a sweet moment she shared with Frankel's 14-year-old daughter, brynn. You blocked me on social media in the class with the Countess author adds and you took all the pictures and didn't share them with me because you had to post first. For this reason, delisep says the reunion didn't feel authentic to her.

We are proud to announce we are expecting our first child in January 2025. Blanchard said in the YouTube video the pregnancy was not planned. Okay, blanchard and Urker met through a pen pal program with Blanchard, who was serving 10-year sentence for the second degree murder of her mother, dee Dee Blanchard. They got engaged in 2018 but broke up afterward. And then, of course, we know like, she was married to Ryan Scott Anderson and then they're getting a divorce now that she filed for in April of this year and she's been with Ken now, and now they're expecting a child. That is it.
Speaker 1Yeah, first of all, this whole woman makes someone write letters to someone in jail, which I don't understand that. But yeah, we knew she still cared for him but she for some reason married Ryan and we knew her stepmom didn't like Ryan and was still talking to this other guy and was instrumental, I guess, in getting them back together and I think is probably now like dancing and celebrating because she's with him. But it's like one thing after the next with her. What's she going to do next? Like every minute there's something. But I did see that she will not when the baby's born. She's not posting the baby at all anywhere on social media. I did read that.

Random Acts of Canine Kindness
Speaker 1This is very good A dog somehow ended up in a Virginia cave and is lucky to be alive, and she has a group of caring cavers to thank. Experienced cavers Dave and Jesse from Colorado-based Cave Simulator Company were exploring giant caverns in Giles County, virginia Hopefully I'm saying it's either Gillies or Giles, okay, anyway, it's in Virginia with a few others. When entering an area of the caverns about 40 to 50 feet deep, the group came upon a surprising sight A dog wandering the cave, all dirty and alone. The cave all dirty and alone. The first member of the group that repelled down said Whoa, there's a dog down there. And the other guy said I asked Is it alive? And he said yes. So they told the outlet that he then repelled down next with a piece of salami and noted that the canine instantly came over and sucked it up. They also provided some water and heat in the form of space blankets to the shivering dog. So it's freezing because it's so far down. Yeah, the cave pair told the news that the dog.
Speaker 1The cave pair told the news that the dog, whom they nicknamed Sparcy, had sustained injuries to her eye and leg. The men knew the canine needed to get out of the cave, so they began formulating a plan to do just that with gear they had already had with them. All of us have cave rescue experience, so we said we're going to get this dog out of this cave. But they added they've never rescued a dog from a cave before. They said the group improvised creating a dog harness from a tarp and webbing and a hauling system to repel the dog up and out of the cave. The effort took over three hours but ended up the canine safely back on the surface. I laid her down onto the ground and the moment she touched the ground the tongue came out. It was clear excitement. She knew she was out of that situation. Finally, the cavers told the outlets that after getting the dog out of the caverns, they put her in their car and transported her to the local veterinary hospital, virginia Maryland College for treatment.
Speaker 1After visiting the vet, sparcy moved to the Giles County Animal Shelter to recover. The shelter shared a Facebook post. She was up and moving despite some swelling in her spine, which they said was an absolute miracle. She takes her medicine like a champ, eats like there's no tomorrow and her medical expenses have been covered, thanks to the amazing community. Okay, she doesn't have an owner yet, but she's healing and progressing rapidly. That's so nice that they found her. I mean, what luck that these guys were going into this cave. I know that's wild. Who would think? Talk about meant to be. And timing Completely Next story. Curiosity isn't just a cat issue.
Speaker 1Early in the morning, a dog's nosiness almost led to a big disaster, according to the Colorado Springs Fire Department.
Speaker 1Wow, A fire started in a Colorado Springs, colorado, home after the homeowner's dog got too close to the stove. Oh, owner's dog got too close to the stove. Oh, we determined. Their pup got a bit curious and accidentally switched on the oven, which had some boxes on top of it. Mm-hmm, the fire department added. It wasn't clear initially what started the blaze. According to the department's post, the homeowners awoke before 5 am to a high heat noticed from their Apple HomePod. See, these technological devices are amazing.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 1After waking they discovered the fire on the stove and called 911. One of the homeowners was able to put out the blaze before the firefighters actually arrived. Wow, incredible. Upon investigation, cruz did not find any active fire but did find evidence of the fire. The homeowner was able to extinguish this before the Cruz got there but was later to transport it because he had smoke inhalation. There were no other injuries reported to the people or the pets. They later learned that the family dog started the fire by checking footage from the home security cams. The dog stands on his back legs, props himself up against the stove to sniff what was on top of the stove. Of the stove he must have twist one of the stove dials, because the box on top of the stovetop was what caught on fire and spread the blaze. So again, technology showed what the culprit happened and was Yep, there we go, but thank goodness the dog is okay. Everybody's safe, thank goodness.
Speaker 1This is too much, and my last and third story for the day is Queen Camilla appeared to take inspiration from her family when it came to naming a puppy with a purpose. Medical Detection Dogs in UK charity that trains animals to catch diseases and aid those affected, announced that the queen, who serves as the organization's patron, picked a name for one of their new team members. The queen chose the name Freddie. Meet Freddie. Our newest team member, named by a very special supporter, our patron, the queen, Her majesty was invited to name a puppy in celebration of her continued patronage and she named it Freddy. So the reason she named it Freddy? Because that's the name of one of her grandsons, Freddy Parker Bowles, and he's 14 years old, so she named it after him. And this is the boy Freddy.

Speaker 1And I don't see a picture of the. Oh, this must be dog Freddy. Yes, there we go. It must be. So she picked the name in honor of her grandson. I think that's really nice. That's cute, yeah, yeah. So that was my third story.
