Text Branching Out of the Empty Nest

It's Fall.  That means football games and tailgates.   As we focus on living a healthier lifestyle we may need to tweak some habits.  Make sure you are practicing proper food safety protocol and making healthier choices at your cookouts.  You don't have to give up your beer, wine, or daiquiris but maybe having one less drink is a step in the right direction,  or switching to a brand with less sugar.  Your body will thank you later if you start making those changes now.  Carry your own condiments  - Beyonce carries hot sauce in her bag, you can carry sugar-free ketchup in yours.  Enjoy the cooler weather, have fun, and live healthily.
