Andy is Managing Director of Signet, a prime provider of signalling training in the UK, and he also was President of the IRSE (Institution of Railway Signal Engineers) for the last year. Accordingly, we talk about the challenges of his IRSE presidency, the importance of training and ways to attract talent to the railway industry.
