Welcome to the vibe teaching higher elevations and where we can authentically be ourselves and just be a whole, entire vibe. My name is Shalandra. I am your host. I like to be referred to as an inspirational speaker. My goal is to drop seeds and guide yours to grow, growing aspects of healing spirituality, mentally and within self, self in relationships and self within self. This podcast is simply about self improvement. If I grow, you grow. If you grow, I grow. So thanks for joining the journey to being your own inspiration. Good day everyone. I took a small hiatus but I'm back and I'm full. In effect, I'm here to give all the tools and and just perspectives on basically how to be in a peaceful and, you know, self improvement, upper mobility type of life.

Speaker 1:

Today's topic that I chose was alignment. I think this is a beautiful topic. Alignment has so many different spectrums and I don't even think I'm going to be able to cover all of it in one episode, but I'm going to cover the most and and go from there. So I like to start off some of the episodes with affirmations. So the affirmation that I chose today was I trust my intuition. My intuition is my superpower.

Speaker 1:

A lot of the times we doubt ourselves like we don't trust ourselves. We don't know how to trust ourselves. We listen so much to surroundings and social environments and and social constructions that we get lost in our identity when the reality, our identity, is within us what we like, what we want to do, how we play a part into this world, how we matter right. So part of alignment is trusting your intuition. In order to gain alignment, you have to be able to trust your intuition. So what is alignment? Alignment is exactly. It's kind of self explanatory. Alignment is when everything falls into place in a straight line, where it runs parallel to, where it works better in our favor, in the sense of what our purpose is and what our pieces within ourselves, things that add to us versus subtract.

Speaker 1:

So part of alignment, and some of the steps of alignment, is to be aware. You got to learn how to be self aware of yourself. You have to notice how you feel, you have to understand how you feel, you have to embrace how you feel and you have to understand that you are validated. To feel how you feel, you have to accept yourself. You know we don't accept ourselves, like a lot of the times we don't. We have to.

Speaker 1:

We go off of opinions and perspectives of our social environment, such as IE, schooling such as IE, and that means like peers, such as IE, or family, such as IE. You know just the world in general like outer or external entities, when we really just have to look inside and understand how we operate and then whatever else comes is an addition. We have to understand and not take the projections and the observations from other entities of their experiences and how they see the perspectives of their life and what you should be categorized into, what you should be as an individual. We have to flip that around and accept ourselves the way that we want to be accepted. That means accepting your flaws. That means accepting the pros. That means embracing and being open to growing on a different perspective or on other perspectives of where you feel that you should be or where you want to be within your natural alignment of your life.

Speaker 1:

You have to release judgment. You have to release the pressure. You have to release the struggle within yourself. You have to learn how to be in your true, authentic self. If you are not your true authentic self, things that want you to be in your alignment will keep pushing you and add force to you and Resistance to push you into what your alignment is. That's why certain things happen to us in life that way we could pull back and understand our wisdoms and that we could stay in these present moments and move Accordingly to what works best for us. These are all learned behaviors versus the unlearned behaviors that were in our past, that were in our brains subconsciously also.

Speaker 1:

We have to allow people to be who they are. Law of detachment is so powerful. It is so powerful. Law of detachment is not, you know, being cold and detaching from emotions and not understanding them, and just you know, being clutch. No, detachment means allowing others to be who they are and you move according to your authentic self, to the way that you should Right. That works best for you. Allowing others to be who they are and not trying to change them to work better for you. Allowing others to be who they are and meaning putting your energy into what you intend to put your energy to, and versus Putting your energy into things that are not serving you. We have to like being in ourselves and understanding ourselves and Understanding how our peace is valued plays a big part in how you allow others to be who they are, as well as allowing you to be who you are.

Speaker 1:

You also have to learn how to practice gratitude.

Speaker 1:

Focus on the things that are bringing you for fruition. Focus on what is being reciprocated to you versus what's depleted from you. Focus on things that bring addition to you versus what is depleting you. Focus on energies that are on a higher vibrational state versus a lower vibrational state. Focus on things that are going to add to you in General versus subtract to you, and I said it in three different ways because I wanted to really implement that. That is very important. We have to practice gratitude because if we don't practice gratitude, how are we going to value the things that we don't have? How are we going to value the things that we do have? We're always going to have a need for more when you are trying to come, become in alignment.

Speaker 1:

You have to practice gratitude because you got to be open for those abundances. You have to release those blockages so that you can be open to receiving the things that you are deserving to receive. Some of the things that you are deserving deserving to receive is love, affection, acceptance, being chosen right and and succeeding mentally, spiritually, physically, emotionally, in every aspect of your soul. Within you. You have to allow things to be how they're going to be, not try to alter and change outcomes to where they are more, where you think that they're more effective and more Beneficial for you. You have to allow the how I eat, trust the process, understand that this, everything that is happening to you is for a reason. Everything that is happening to you is molding you into the purpose of what you need to be that's best for you. Everything is working for you and not against you. You have to trust the process in you know, understanding how to stay in present moments and moving accordingly to what works better for your peace and not holding things in or not releasing Things in to where it can manifest into other issues or manifest into other feelings that you know Do not serve us.

Speaker 1:

We have to allow openness within ourselves so that we can be open to receiving all of the abundances that we need and everything that's in our purpose. To learn these lessons, these Blessings, everything that is aligned within for you, your chemical makeup. You okay. Also, you have to understand that you are already abundant, okay, and I say that because you have your health right, you have life, you have the opportunity to still grow and break through those obstacles. You have the opportunity to change. You have the opportunity to be your own muse to your own creation of what you want for peace. You're already abundant. You're already beautiful. You're already loved. You're already you know your chemical makeup is beautiful within itself. So what? That is not like everybody else's or? You know you don't have these certain attributes, but those attributes they might not have that and we shouldn't even compare ourselves to others.

Speaker 1:

Anyways, you know Be thankful and recognize yourself, for you know taking the leap to make these changes within yourself, for overcoming those obstacles that you thought that you wouldn't be able to overcome, to get up every morning when you feel that you're not able to and you don't have the energy to, and you still get up and you do everything that you can to be the best version of yourself. You have to really, really understand that we have to pour into ourselves as much as we pour into others and we have to understand that everything that we do in our life and every experience that we have in our life is pushing us to our greater alignment. That works better for us. You know, pat yourself on the back when you said no, and it was difficult. Pat yourself on the back for being curious about learning about growth. Pat yourself on the back for learning how to take one step at a time and understand that progress is not perfection. Progress is some type of progress and it's some type of upper mobility.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so you have to do these things in order to find your true alignment within yourself. Some of the things that you can tell you know when you're healing is you know, being able to be comfortable with your decisions, being able to trust yourself, being able to not needing external entities to complete you, when you understand that you complete yourself. These are things that are core, that we have to do while the alignment is taking place, because you have to practice these behaviors and make them more innate. That's better for you, because all of this is for you. And then you have to do this also before, because you have to know what needs to be brought to you, like, if you're not authentic, you're going to keep weeding in these different energies and entities that might not be in your favor. So what happens is, when these energies and entities come in, you have to learn how to pivot and move through the different ones and say, oh okay, no, this doesn't work for me, because this lesson was this. This doesn't work for me, because this lesson is that and you up on those lessons Okay, you enjoy being alone A lot of the times when we are not in alignment with ourselves and alignment with our authentic, true selves.

Speaker 1:

We have to reach and get external energies, and external validation is from our outside. And what happens is because we keep, you know, at that state, because we keep wanting that type of experience where we get the things that we need or the things that we're lacking from the outside. You're going to constantly need that. You know you're watering other. You're watering other gardens just so your garden can be beautiful. When you we supposed to water our gardens in order to make our garden beautiful, Okay, sometimes isolation leads to elevation.

Speaker 1:

You are no longer living through the expectations of others.

Speaker 1:

You are living through the expectations of yourself. You don't have expectations of others, you have expectations of yourself, and that's deep and that's real. You are able to speak your mind and live in your true, authentic self without thinking about how others feel about you or how they think about you. Everything comes from within, everything comes from core. Understanding that, you're not changing your core, you're only altering things so that you can be at better with peace and improve within yourself.

Speaker 1:

So it's very important that we really do these things to align ourselves, and sometimes the tunnel looks a little dark, but I always understand that it's always going to be light, just like they have rainbows it's gold at the end of the rainbow, there's light at the end of the tunnel. There is always an end. So, for those who feel like you're getting in your alignment and it's real difficult, you just got to keep going. Those times that you sweat or those times that it feels like there's a weight on your chest, those times that you feel like you can't get out, you can get out and you have to keep having just. You don't even need a big ounce of faith, you just need a little seed. A little seed or a little bit of light goes a long way. So, guys, I want to end on that note Love, peace and light.
