Debbie has over 30 years of responsible and progressive experience in Human Resource Management. She has worked with the company at building a corporate culture that attracts and retains staff worldwide. She enjoys the challenges that come with working with globally dispersed employees. Her comprehensive background in HR management, recruitment, retention, compensation and training has resulted in strong and trusting relationships with our staff. Debbie lives in South Oxfordshire, UK with her husband and crazy spaniel. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family, singing in a community choir and is known to bake the odd cake for the UK office.
