78: Why we need post-quantum cryptography algorithms (with IBM Research's Vadim Lyubashevsky)

Quantum computers may one day be able to break our current data encryption algorithms, so quantum researchers today have been researching new algorithms that could be used that can withstand these advanced computers.

Recently, NIST approved the first three of many such algorithms, and IBM Research developed two of those. So, for this episode, we spoke with Vadim Lyubashevsky, a cryptography researcher at IBM Research, about these algorithms.
