May is  Mental health awareness Month but also is better sleep month! As woman our quality of sleep is decreasing causing a lot of problems and struggles in our health!
Today we talk about why woman need more sleep than men and the importance of sleep.
 
We discuss sleep guidelines, why we need sleep, what happens when we don't sleep well and reasons why we3 might not sleep as well.

We dive a little about rem sleep and deep sleep and where it should be in our wearable technology

Lastly with go through the Sleep cheat  Protocol! And how to implement the 3-2-1 method for my personal sleep guidelines.
