๐Ÿ”ฅ 10 Pattern Interrupts to stop your mind from self-sabotaging you!  Bypassing the Inner Critic just long enough to make another choice.  Pattern Interrupts are used by Navy Seals, Professional Athletes, and Top performers to break the mental sabotage that tries to get us to quit or that we arenโ€™t good enough.  

This simple technique will intercept self-sabotage so you can go further, longer, and get out of your own way!

We will briefly cover something called a Future Template which will supercharge and prime your mind and body for the goal you have set.  This will increase the probability of reaching your goal and reduce overall friction.
