Back To The Breath
"Back To The Breath" is a platform for discussing ideas related to self-mastery, healthy self expression, and forming a spiritual bond with ourselves and the world. You will mainly find discussions based around developing better mental health and in an effort to do that, we explore all sorts of modalities on this podcast such as spirituality, religion, the 12 steps, psychedelic therapy, meditation, breathwork, exercise, & different mental frameworks such as IFS, or the concept of an inner-child. Some of these modalities are based in scientific study and others are anecdotal and based in individual's subjective experience so, I always encourage people to do their own research as we are always learning.
Overall, I feel we're all capable of living fulfilling lives on our own terms and hope that this podcast can be a vessel for communicating that idea to the listener.

EP 32 | Kent Kaiser | The Benefits of Men's Groups, Retreats, and the Austin Conscious Community
In this episode, I am joined by Kent Kaiser.
Visit his YouTube here: www.youtube.com/@CultivatingCreativity
Kent and I met at the Awakened Warriors Men's Group here in Austin, Texas.
(@awakenedwarrirosatx) and we talk a lot about how this group has benefited the both of us and give our reasons for why all men should consider seeking out an environment like this for themselves.
Before we get into that though, Kent talks about his background in film and videography working for the Columbus Blue Jackets, as well as what his experience was like studying videography at Columbus State University. We then go on to discuss his production company (his plans for the company and some of the content he has produced so far), as well as some retreats he will be hosting in the future and what we can expect from them.
Overall it is a fun and informative conversation. We shout out a bunch of Men's Groups and Community Event Organizers who we're very fond of so if you are eager to try new things in Austin, make sure to do some research on the people we discuss!
Thanks for taking the time to listen. Feel free to reach out with any feedback, or if you'd like to collaborate in any way. Peace!
