**TRIGGER WARNING: This episode talks about Stage 4 cancer. If you, or someone you know, has recently been affected by cancer or terminal illness, you may find this honest conversation difficult to listen to.**

My guest this week is Sophie Umhofer, a motorsport Team Co-ordinator and mother of 2 whose life was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with bowel cancer at just 37. We discuss the surreal moment of her diagnosis, the struggles she's faced during treatment and how, despite being given only a 5% chance of survival, she found the courage to say YES to life and encourage others to do the same...

This podcast is one of them and through these conversations I'd love nothing more than to be able to help you do the same!
