“It is the hardest caregiving there is…..caring for someone living with dementia is a never-ending learning process. You're always having to educate and learn as you go and …consistency is key in dementia care. We need people that are consistent for these people. I think what leads to a lot of staff turnover is the lack of training and the lack of quality of training….They're getting thrown in, and then they're getting burnt out!"
